HR Merger Integration Consultant -Wilmington,Delaware
Contract role – 12 weeks
Expectations
· We are seeking a Consulting (contract) Project Manager with recent experience in Human Resources internal process improvement (recruiting, benefits and compensation, learning, HRIS, regulatory, etc.) related to mergers. · Hands-on operations experience around integration issues related to merging HR systems, payroll systems, etc. · Strong business process and planning skills. · Develops partnership relationships with key client personnel · Able to provide feedback to others regarding specific tasks in project and company settings · Defines facilitated session objectives, participants and processes · Able to summarize key issues for review with client andNorth Highlandproject leadership · Demonstrates proficiency in project management, including: planning and budgeting, resource allocation, scope management and risk management · Able to develop project work plan and adjust project efforts to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities · Able to prepare and coordinate development of quality deliverables · Maintains a big picture view while performing detail analysis tasks
Required Skills and Experience
· 7+ related professional experience with at least three years delivering business process consulting services to large clients. Consulting experience is an absolute requirement for this role. · Merger-related HR integration experience.
Education A Bachelor’s degree required
