Job Specifications In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our E-Commerce Pick/Pack facility including: supervising daily operations and workflow, instituting practices to increase productivity, and the training & development of pick/pack associates. Job Requirements A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a high volume DC is required. You must also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of all areas of warehouse including: UPS, LTL, Receiving, Restock, Transfer and Inventory departments is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
