Clearance Required: Secret Job Code: 3613 Location: WASHINGTON, DC US Travel Involved: 0-10% Job Type: Full Time Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Skills: Category: General Management Position Summary: This position provides professional project management, technichal meeting support and records administration to Naval Sea System Command (SEA 073) in the area of Information Exchange Agreements. The objective is to centrally manage allU.S. Navy (SEA 073) submarine information formally exchanged under Information Exchange Agreements (IEAs) Annexes pertaining to the UK Successor Program and theU.S.equivalent program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Assist the U.S. Project Coordinator as necessary to manage potential collaboration with theUnited Kingdom using Information Exchnage Agreements. Develop associated NAVSEA Correspondence IAW Navy Correspondence Manual.
2. Assist in developing Technical Project Officer(TPO)/Associate TPO response to inquiries from SSP, NIPO, ASN(RDA) staff, PEOSUB, NAVSEA, SNR, and theUnited Kingdom. Prepare issue/point papers as requested by the TPO/APTO.
3. CoordinateUKForeign Visit System requests and coordinate their approval with NAVSEA as well as security offices of field sites upon the visit of foreign nationals.
4. Maintain records (log, register and archive) of activities withUKnationals including data exchange, correspondence and assist the TPO in informing the NIPO action officer of activity via periodic updates
5. Assist ATPOs with the coordination, monitoring and/or establishment of technology working group meetings in support of the UK Successor Program information exchange. Prepare resulting technology exchange letters and other correspondence with theUK, as directed by the U.S. Project Coordinator.
6. Interface with Navy International Programs Office Action Officer and other internal and external organizations, as required.
7. Maintain the US/UK SSBN Successor Program R&D Management notebook.
8. Provide administrative support for technical meetings as requested by the TPO and/or U.S. Project Coordinator.
