Description:   Location:  Charlotte, NC OR Newark, DE OR Jersey City, NJ          RESPONSIBILITIES:     - Design and Develop Framework Quality Software     - Identify framework requirements from business, architecture and infrastructure projects     - Understand the business direction and propose and build framework components ahead     - Will be expected to work in a very agile environment with loose or constantly changing requirements         SKILLS     REQUIRED:     - Strong Experience in developing Web based enterprise applications involving high volume using the following technologies: JAVA, XSL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, RAD, Eclipse, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Web Services.     - Strong Development Experience with Struts 2, Spring 2.5.x or above, Web Services and Hibernate is a must.     - Experience with Struts or Spring MVC Experience with Java, OOAD, Component Design and Construction     - Diverse technology experience (caching, database, web services)     - Should be good in test driven development     - Expert in Multi Threaded Java Programming     - Should have full lifecycle methodologies experience, including design, analysis, development, production deployments and support.     - Experience with SQL, PLSQL for Oracle is a big plus.     - Ability to grasp and translate complex business rules in to executable Java, j2ee code.
