Description:   -The primary responsibility is to plan and oversee the activities of project teams responsible for compliance to the Federal Regulatory Guidelines (FFIEC) as defined within the Chartis SDLC, QA and Change Management policies and procedures.         - The Manager works across the Latin America Region (LAR) business, IS management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and Testing, Systems Analyst, Software Development, and Technical Writing teams to ensure the adherence to FFIEC regulatory guidelines.         - Develops project schedules, coordinates project status meetings.      - Works with the project business owners to oversee delivery performance, ensure delivery quality and execution performance.    - Provide managerial and technical direction for compliance initiatives with emphasis on Project schedule and Key Performance Indicators as defined by the Chartis Global PMO.  - At least 6 years experience working as a project manager.     - Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams with both on-shore resources and off-shore resources spread around the globe.        - Must be able to work well with a large organization and communicate with multiple groups and international cultures.  - Possess strong facilitation skills including experience working with senior management and project business owners.   - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a functional knowledge of the software development life cycle, Quality Assurance and Change Management.      - This position is based out of the Berkeley Heights, NJ office. Frequent travel to the other facilities (Jersey City, Manhattan, and Parsippany) will be required.             MUST HAVE:      SDLC, QA and Change Mgmt knowledge      Understanding of Audits
