A skilled collaborator with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high volume work environment.     Qualifications  o Space-Planning        o Excellent Customer Service    o Quality Assurance o Process improvement       o Detailed Oriented     o Vendor Relations                      • Act as a central focus for all facilities related matters    • Ensure effective and efficient day to day facility operations        • Manage the floor planning and seating logistics for the best use, overseeing moves and changes       • Maintain accurate and up-to-date seating charts      • Work closely with desktop and telecommunications to properly onboard and off board staff     • Prepare/assist in the preparation of monthly financial and operational reports       • Regularly evaluate building conditions to ensure they meet the highest possible standards within the budget  • Report on maintenance accomplishments in the areas of safety corrective actions and improvements     • Coordinate and schedule the annual evacuation drills         • Works with EHS to ensure that federal, state and local regulatory requirements are met such as OSHA, ADA, etc..      • Perform regular physical inspections of the spaces we occupy and generate work orders. Ensure work orders are followed up on in a proactive manner.          JOB REQUIREMENTS        • Bachelors degree is preferred.       • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or related field such as property management, real estate, or office services required, preferably with a strong client service background.   • MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required; ability to learn work order tracking  • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.     • Must be self-motivated and service-oriented.         • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through skills.   • Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships.   • Must be able to clearly, professionally, and tactfully communicate thoughts and ideas, both orally and in writing, and be flexible to shift priorities as needed.    • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of employees.    • Ability to work independently or in a team or project-oriented environment.  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
