qemm? As in the Quarterdeck memory manager of DOS days?
If that's what you're talking about, it's anything but a
joke... It was one of the most technically advanced memory
managements systems available; it made DESQview able to run
many nodes of a DOS based BBS system concurrently... One of
the first preemptive multitaskers that actually worked in
a stable manner on top of single-tasking MS or IBM DOS.

you had to be there.
it was regarding his bbs and a fake bootup.
no reason for me to ask him if qemm was actually a joke :D
btw, i tried it but wasnt compatible with a few things i used frequently.
