I have been asking the same question here for at least four months. It seems
that St. Louis, despite the presence of Washington U., is the great Internet
black hole of cities. There is a new freenet about 25 miles from St. L., but
I can't think of it's name off-hand. And, I don't know if there's dialup
access there.

Is this a video editing group, or a system dedicated to that? My question is
more than idle curiosity.

I'll try to find the FreeNet name for you.

There are a few UUCP-connected BBSes in the St. Louis Area, including
"Travel Online" (sorry, no number in my file), and SempCo Communications
(531-5311 (area code is 314 here)). There used to be ways to sneak in
through a public WashU gateway, but that has been removed... access to
nyx.cs.du.edu (a free pubnix) can be found, but does not include Telnet.

I am a student in CompSci at Saint Louis University and hence have a free
account on SLUNET (which is fully internetted), but I believe they can be
rented... I will attempt to dig up more info.

Hi there, I'm looking for the address of the Intergraph

group on compuserve. As I am not a member of compuserv

I am not able to ask them. If any one could help,

I'd be enternally grateful.

Thanks in advance.

Mike on Lindas terminal.
