I converted the front only about a year ago and have been very happy
with the ride. Believe it or not the compressor hasn't come on in all
this time. The rear air ride is just starting to become dangerously
low. I was under the impression when I did this that it was possible
to still have the rear be air. I didn't change the rear as it never
ever gave me any problems. I think the rear air struts are still good
if I could get air to them. I recently emailed Arnott and they said
once you change the front there is no way to air up the rear. I'm just
looking for some of you to tell me I'll have to change the rear. I was
thinking we might have screwed up the installation of the front
conversion as far as the compressor operation goes for the rear. I
feel the compressor has power but it's not being told to come on.

If the front had the ride control valve for all 4 wheels (Unlikely) ,
then you wouldn't get air to the rears, unless you move the valve to
the rear. Look around the rear axle for a rod/lever/valve hooked to
the axle housing and a frame member (most likely). You might have
something as simple as having disconnected the air line or plugged it
off at the front.
