I do night deliveries in residential neighborhoods
and was wondering where I might find a good deal on a
spotlight that could be installed in the roof of my
Toyota and turned on and swiveled at all angles, up and
down or all around, from inside the car? Do they make those?

I remember seeing that type you describe in a JC Whitney catalog. You
can probably find them on the web.
