Everything's thawed out now, but the wipers don't work. I'm
hoping for a fuse. Do any of you know the location of the
fuse that protects the wiper circuit?

Always park the wipers, more so on a cold evening. Wiper fuse will
probably be on the inside panel, yellow 20A "wiper" fuse
