02 Merc Marquis P0420 & P0430

Trouble Codes P0420 and P0430 were set and cleared.
Indicates that leaded fuel was used
02 sensor may not have worked
Engine temp sensor faulty
Exhause leak (none)
Retarted sprak timing (car is retarted)
02 sensors reported similar readings
Checked for leaks - none
Should I replace both sensors - car has 100k on it, and likely havent been
changed?
Someone mentioned Ford may have a warranty on the emissions parts of the
car - but its > 5 years old... 05/02 manufacturer date.
Appreciate your ideas.
