Funny. Guess they got screwed by GM and why I will not even ride or
rent one.

Would be a good case to say, GM never really properly processed
bankruptcy this is still liable as they retianed the business and the
liabilities.

Trouble is the corrupt system will screw the little guy here, as
corruption gets GM bailouts and everyone else gets screwed.

Just another reason not to buy a GM. They are not an honorable company.
