broken tweeter 2000 Ram

2000 Ram 1500 Pickup 2WD V8 5.9l Quad Cab 178,000 miles
The truck has an Infinity system and the driver side tweeter is out, that is the one in the A column. The original factory part number is 5FV66LAZAB but has been replaced with 56043060AB. I am told it's no longer available hence I will need to use an aftermarket part. Unless of course somebody here replaced his and has one laying around?

I am not looking to enhance anything on the stereo and I would like to keep the original factory look.
Anyhow, anybody here who has replaced these tweeters and can tell my what they used that actually fits into that space.
