This one's even more blatant than usual.

The idiots try to fake the a higgly educated British person's English
native and just make idiots of rhemselved.

Fail dismally, and then think anybody with two neorons to rub together
wouldn send it from Benin via yahoo.fr.

Is _anybody_ going to fall for this one?

Back when it was just the Dave Rhodes chain mail scam, we used to
forward the idiots to the IRS because they had made public claims for
income.

But the PM and Foreign Secretary writung from Bnin, using yaho.fr?

Wow, first-class postage rates have sure gone up. Citibank
sent me a new card a while ago in a pre-sort envelope and
paid about thirty-five cents.

How strange, too, that all the promised cash is listed in
GBP, but the fee is presented in USD.

And why would the British Prime Minister have a French email address?
And why would he be trying to sell ATM cards? It's not as if he's not paid
enough for being PM.

Ohh, La La!

Paris is but 2 hours away from London by a pleasant, if a bit dark, train
ride.

His great and good friend, Fifi d'Yumyum has a need for bijouterie.

For small trifles like gold navel rings and diamond pendants. A girl has
to consider her retirement.

Somebody at work had a theory that it was a filter. If you send out
say ten million e-mails that sound slightly plausible and 0.01% reply
then you've still got 1000 replys to sort though. If you send out the
same number of totally implausible ones then only the really stupid,
say 0.0001%, will reply, and you've got just ten replys, but from
people who just may be stupid enough to fall for a scam, maybe not
even this one, but you've got yourself a list of stupid people who
you can then try some other scam on.
