Security, military personnel who do not pay taxes on pay earned in
combat zones, and people who work and pay taxes but don't make enough
to pay *income* taxes.

The REALLY big question is why you ignore the statistics, don't
care about the new taxes about to levied, don't care about the record
growth of all powerful, all knowing central planning government
controlling every aspect of your life, the crushing debt owed to
