Oh...indeed I will.

And if by the sheerest of luck..he wins, what will you do about it?

Will you kill yourself? Will you move to Canada? Will you start
harvesting sugar cane for Casro?

Tell us...feel free to use all the disgust and bile you are capable
of...what you will be doing if your Obamassiah loses.

Faint chance of course...(Grin)..but..ponder on it and then regale all
of us with what you will do in such a remote, small, tiny, infintismal
circumstance.

<VBG>

That way the People will know if they need to scratch you off the
List..or keep you on and then take the effort to come and murder you.

I have a prayer for the US, because the stage is now perfectly set for
the Second American Revolution.

We are now...living in very bad..and very dangerous times.

Hide and watch.

Good question. So dont worry about it.

Just go along being a Leftwing Useful Idiot and the world will simply
ignore you as it disintergrates.

Its no hair off my ass if you life or die. Frankly..Id rather see you
dead and in a very painful and horrible fashion, but....shrug

""The Democratic constituency is just like a herd of cows. All you have
to do is lay out enough silage and they come running. That’s why I
became an operative working with Democrats. With Democrats all you
have to do is make a lot of noise, lay out the hay, and be ready to
use the ole cattle prod in case a few want to bolt the herd.

Eighty percent of the people who call themselves Democrats don’t have
a clue as to political reality.
What amazes me is that you could take a group of people who are hard
workers and convince them that they should support social programs
that were the exact opposite of their own personal convictions. Put a
little fear here and there and you can get people to vote any way you
want.

The voter is basically dumb and lazy. The reason I became a Democratic
operative instead of a Republican was because there were more
Democrats that didn’t have a clue than there were Republicans."

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/11/08/volunteers-step-in-for-fema-in-storm-ravaged-nyc-borough/#ixzz2BhtZ5seB

Victims of an unforgiving one-two punch from superstorm Sandy and a
nor'easter that both hit New York's Staten Island say FEMA has
forgotten them.

Already without power for more than a week in the wake of Sandy,
hard-hit residents of the borough's South Shore braved a winter storm
Wednesday night, with many -- perhaps hundreds -- huddling in
condemned homes and ignoring orders to evacuate out of fear looters
would take what little Mother Nature has left them.

"FEMA packed up everything yesterday and left the area," said MaryLou
Wong, whose home in the Midland Beach neighborhood was destroyed.
"They haven't come back."

"FEMA packed up everything yesterday and left the area."

- MaryLou Wong, Staten Island resident

Punch-drunk residents' ire is also aimed at the city -- which is going
door-to-door to order people out of their homes -- at the American Red
Cross, which some say has not done enough and at police and
firefighters. One group of residents, calling themselves the "Brown
Cross," is patrolling the devastated streets, armed with
walkie-talkies, and helping residents clear debris and pump water from
their flooded homes.

“We’ve done more for our community than FEMA, the Red Cross and the
National Guard combined, directly hitting houses and people in need,”
Frank Recce, the 24-year-old longshoreman and Iraq Army veteran who
organized the group, told FoxNews.com.

Staten Island residents fed up with FEMA organize own relief efforts

Last week, when President Obama toured the New Jersey and New York
coastal areas hit hard by Sandy, he vowed to get help to the victims
quickly.

“No bureaucracy. No red tape,” Obama vowed.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Thursday that the storm could cost the
state $33 billion.

FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate said the agency is helping, and urged
people to go to www.disasterassistance.gov or call 1-800-621-FEMA
(3362). He also said temporary, manufactured housing is on the way.
Officials described the homes are trailers, but are different from
those used to house victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans seven
years ago.

"FEMA is part of a big team on the response and recovery to Sandy, and
we continue to closely coordinate with our partners in and outside of
government," Fugate said.

But it didn't sit right with many that FEMA, citing the weather,
closed temporary recovery centers - where people apply for help - as
the nor'easter bore down on the borough. They closed Tuesday at 6 p.m.
due to safety concerns in advance of the nor'easter that hit the
borough.

"We moved our mobile stations to a staging area for 24 hours to ensure
the safety of our workers and others," said FEMA spokeswoman Hannah
Vick. "These places are not shelters. We certainly did not want people
traveling out to these locations during last night's storm."

The agency was to open a pair of mobile disaster recovery centers at
noon, after opening two earlier on Thursday. FEMA officials said the
agency plans to bring in more of the mobile units in the coming days.

“Locations are being opened back up and damage is being assessed,”
Fugate said during a conference call on Thursday.

As of Thursday morning, more than 4,000 people were without power on
Staten Island. Hundreds were staying in temporary shelters, where many
complained they were treated like prisoners -- given curfews and
rationed food.

“It’s gotten pretty unbearable. People are sleeping on floors. The
shelter wasn’t prepared,” Edwin Mansour, a Staten Island resident who
has taken refuge at Bailey Seton Hospital since he lost his home
during Sandy, told FoxNews.com. “Now [they're] locking us in, trying
to turn this place into a homeless shelter. They’ve been giving us
curfews. We have plenty of food but they are hoarding it in another
part of the building, only handing a little bit out,” he added.

Many more victims -- likely hundreds -- chose to ride out the
nor’easter in homes deemed unsafe out of fear that looters could
strike and take whatever they have left.

“The big unknown is how many people are remaining in their homes,
homes that are essentially uninhabitable, people who, by Friday or
next week, when the weather gets colder and the rains come, are going
to come to the realization that they can no longer stay where they
are,” state Sen. Andrew Lanza told the Staten Island Advance.

The city Buildings Department was going door to door in Staten
Island’s hard-hit neighborhoods and posting color-coded placards on
homes to notify residents if they could go back in.

“In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, our inspectors have been canvassing
the City, inspecting affected buildings and tagging them with green,
yellow or red placards based on their condition," said Ryan
Fitzgibbon, a spokeswoman for the Department of Buildings. "This is
part of our rapid assessment process to conduct as many initial
inspections as quickly as possible and provide New Yorkers with
information on the status of their buildings.”

Green and yellow placards signify the home is safe to re-enter, but
for homes with red placards, the city advises residents to “hire a New
York State-licensed professional (Registered Architect or Professional
Engineer) to file plans with the department and a hire a contractor to
make the necessary repairs.

Hiring an architect was not on the immediate horizon for residents who
were simply trying to survive. Those who didn't guard their homes went
to shelters, and even huddled together on buses as the second storm,
dubbed Athena, dumped nearly half-a-foot of snow.

FoxNews.com's Jana Winter contributed to this report.

It’s Been a Bloody Summer of Shootings in New York City and Chicago

By Joe Coscarelli

The recent spate of shootings in New York City are at best a
statistical anomaly and at worst a disturbing new trend — either way,
it's terrifying. Eight more people were shot on Monday, leaving three
dead, after a violent Fourth of July that saw at least a dozen people
fall victim to gunfire; the week before, 60 people were shot. "It's
true that this particular week of the Fourth of July traditionally has
been a very high-crime shooting, murder week," Bloomberg said
yesterday, repeating a claim he made over the weekend. "It's an
outrage," he added. "I hope this week is just an aberration in the
statistics, but we are working as hard as we can to stop it."

However you slice it, the numbers are up from last year: There have
been 12 percent more shootings on the year so far, and murders are up
to 21 from 18 at this point in 2011 — a jump of almost 17 percent. But
things are much worse in Chicago, where Mayor Rahm Emanuel is
grappling with a homicide rate that's soared more than 30 percent.

As criticism builds over an array of horrifying recent incidents,
including a 7-year-old girl shot while selling candy, Emanuel is
begging for some compassion from the city's gangs. "We've got two
gangbangers, one standing next to a kid. Get away from that kid. Take
your stuff away to the alley. Don't touch the children of the city of
Chicago. Don't get near them," he pleaded on CBS Evening News last
night. "And it is about values. As I said then [when the 7-year-old
girl was killed last month], who raised you? How were you raised? And
I don't buy this case where people say they don't have values. They do
have values. They have the wrong values. Don't come near the kids —
don't touch them."

Emanuel and police chief Garry McCarthy are standing by their
anti-gang strategy. Tactics include more beat cops in dangerous areas
and the targeting of abandoned buildings that serve as hiding spots
for gang members and guns, but both men have said that swarming
high-crime areas with hundreds of officers temporarily and then moving
them around won't work. McCarthy went so far as to compare it to
"putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound," while Emanuel added, "I don't
think coming in, swatting something down and letting it come back in
two weeks is strengthening a community. What it does is build up
cynicism."

In the Windy City, homicides are already up to at least 275. Last
year, Chicago recorded about the same amount of murders as New York,
despite being three times smaller. "That's not success and I'm not
willing to take it as success," said McCarthy, a former New York City
cop.

Locally, amid criticism for stop-and-frisk, Bloomberg is throwing up
his hands in frustration. Asked yesterday if there was something more
the city could do, he shot back, "If there was, don't you think we
would do it?" He continued: "I mean, what kind of question ... Let me
repeat what Ray Kelly is constantly [saying]: If you have any
suggestions, we'd be happy to hear it. We are doing every single thing
we can to keep you and your kids safe." Bloomberg might've sounded
Rahm-like in his rawness, but the Chicago mayor might tell him he's
doing a relatively good job.

Rate of Killings Rises 38 Percent in Chicago in 2012

Published: June 25, 2

CHICAGO Mayor Rahm Emanuels first reading material each morning, at
5:30, is not a budget update, a legislative proposal or a packet of
headlines. It is an e-mail from the Chicago Police Department listing
the crimes that were committed during the night that just ended. By 7
a.m., he is calling Garry F. McCarthy, the police superintendent. That
is unlikely to be their final conversation of the day, or even of the
morning.

Mr. Emanuel listed safer streets among his top three priorities when
he became mayor a year ago, but Chicago, the nations third-largest
city, is now testing that promise. Homicides are up by 38 percent from
a year ago, and shootings have increased as well, even as killings
have held steady or dropped in New York, Los Angeles and some other
cities. As of June 17, 240 people had been killed here this year,
mostly in shootings, 66 more deaths than occurred in the same period
in 2011.

Thats somebodys husband, somebodys son, and theyre dying right on
our block, said Maya Hodari, who lives on a South Side street where
two shootings have already taken place this year, one of them fatal
and another as a toddler looked on. It hurts.

The violence has left its largest scars in some of Chicagos most
impoverished, struggling neighborhoods on the South and West Sides,
places with views of the citys gleaming downtown skyline that feel
worlds apart. Wealthier, whiter parts of the city have not been
entirely immune shootings were reported in the last few days along
the citys Magnificent Mile shopping district and near the Lincoln
Park Zoo but a majority of the killings have been tied to Chicagos
increasingly complicated gang warfare, police statistics suggest, and
to the gritty neighborhoods where gangs have long thrived.

There is no evidence of a broader crime wave; in fact, measures of
crime apart from homicides, including rapes, robberies, burglaries and
auto thefts, have actually improved by about 10 percent since a year
ago.

Weve got a gang issue, specific to parts of the city, and we have a
responsibility to bring a quality of life to those residents, and we
are going to do it, Mayor Emanuel, visibly vexed, said in an
interview on Friday.

My bigger issue is not only the homicides and shootings, he added.
Its what it does to all the legitimate citizens in that community
and the kids.

Gangs in this city have changed over the decades, splintering from a
small set of well-established bands into hundreds of tinier groups
with alliances so disparate and shifting that even a former Gangster
Disciple member from the West Side, who refused to be named but
revealed bullet scars during an interview as proof of his rougher
days, said he could not begin to keep them all straight. In just the
last two years, the police say, 500 monitored gang factions have
fractured into more than 600, many of them with stunningly ready
access to guns.

In one neighborhood last week, plainclothes officers searched parking
lots and old addresses for 30 suspects as part of Superintendent
McCarthys larger race to dismantle drug and gang operations. At one
point, they said, they found themselves staring at a gun aimed at them
by a man who was not even on the list of suspects they were searching
for. Moments later, the gun lay shining on the ground, an officers
shot left a bullet hole in a nearby car, and the man, 21, was added to
the list of those arrested in the sweep all before 11 a.m.

As in most of the nations big cities, killings have dropped
precipitously in Chicago since the 1990s, as the police tried new
approaches and crack cocaine faded. In the early 1990s, more than 900
people were killed annually here, a number that has long since shrunk
and hovered around the 400s.

Homicides are down so far this year in New York and in Los Angeles, a
fact that Mayor Michael R. Bloombergs administration in New York has
pointed to in defense of that citys controversial stop-and-frisk
program. But Chicago is not alone among major cities dealing with more
killings. In Philadelphia, for instance, 173 homicides were reported
as of June 20, compared with 143 in the same period last year.

Experts on crime say it is too early to know how much to make of the
rise in killings here, particularly since a significant number took
place in the first three months of the year an oddly warm stretch
for a city accustomed to winter hibernation and an accompanying chill
in crime.

Mr. Emanuels critics blame his budget choices, at least in part. He
consolidated three police districts, combined the police and fire
headquarters, and reduced police spending by $67 million mostly, his
aides say, by removing more than 1,300 department jobs that had long
gone unfilled but were left in city budgets only to be held up as
savings on paper. Police union leaders argue that Mr. Emanuel should
instead have filled any empty slots, however long they had been empty,
with additional officers, and assert that the city has also failed to
fill hundreds of slots left by retiring officers in recent years.

Every district in the city is running short on manpower, said Pat
Camden, a Fraternal Order of Police spokesman. Its penny-wise and
dollar foolish.

But Superintendent McCarthy, who was director of police in Newark and
deputy commissioner of operations in New York before Mayor Emanuel
brought him here, says that the departments new philosophy one that
includes a sharp focus on statistics and on building a deep knowledge
within neighborhoods is now aimed squarely at the gang problem, and
that cost savings were matters of improving the departments
effectiveness, not shrinking it.

Nearly 1,100 officers who had been in administrative jobs or in
special units have been sent back into police districts to work in
neighborhoods. Audits of gangs including details about members,
turf fights and old grudges are being used to try to prevent
retaliation shootings.

The police this year have written tens of thousands more contact
cards than last year, a practice in which officers stop people
(though they do not, officials say, generally frisk them), document
gang affiliations for a central database and seek information about
recent crimes. The department is hiring officers for jobs vacated by
retirements, Superintendent McCarthy said, though about 450 positions
on the citys 12,538-person sworn force are now unfilled.

Mr. Emanuel said he was drawing on his experience in Washington with
the 1994 crime bill in efforts to pour resources into the roots of
crime that stretch beyond police work. He has added $8.5 million
collected from unpaid debts owed the city for thousands more summer
jobs, slots for campers in the citys park district and apprentice
programs. Stricter curfews have been set. And the city is working with
community groups in areas like Ms. Hodaris neighborhood to build
residents willingness to speak up and reclaim areas.

Not all of it seems to be reaching places like a district on the West
Side, where a cluster of young men jumped from their cars on a recent
morning to scuffle in the street, and where 24 homicides have already
taken place this year. Tawaila Medley said she sees from the windows
of the laundry where she works clusters of pre-teenage boys gathering
at all hours of the night, and is grateful for the silent, out-of-view
alarm beside her, adding, Weve lost our way.

Steven Yaccino contributed reporting.

Want more? Id be happy as hell to post more that actually matches
your statement..but you would not be happy with the facts.

Now that 48 states allow Concealed Weapons Carry (which does not
include Illinois or NYC)..the crime rate has indeed fallen to 1950s
levels. CCW and 3 Strikes has worked hand in hand to keep the savages
on the alert..or in the joint.

http://www.justfacts.com/guncontrol.asp

Some interesting statistics in that. Check down to the graph of
Washington DC when they started the trigger lock requirement..and
watch the crime rise like a rocket.

Need more data? Id be more than happy to provide it with verifyable
facts and citations.

Though I suspect Leftwingers and simiarl antigun loons will be
pissed..

The methodology of the left has always been:

3. Have as many people repeat the lie as often as possible
4. Eventually, the uninformed believe the lie
5. The lie will then be made into some form oflaw

What is it about people who do disgusting things in front of other people
then thinking that others do the same thing. As whacky as Zachie is, public masturbation seems more like something that Gunner would do.

Romney wasn't Mormon enough to be a real President. He's not from
Utah.

Next time we'll get a real Mormon. In fact, we'll replace every
Republican in Congress with Mormons and that will show you.

And next time blacks, hispanics, women and anyone earning under $250K

How sad it all is.

If Obama wasn't an American citizen he wouldn't have been able to run
for the presidency in the first place.

And if I recall correctly, a person born of an American citizen on
foreign soil, is by right of the Constitution and its Amendments also
an American citizen.

So you'd have to prove that both of his parents were not American
citizens, or that his mother who is known to be an American citizen
didn't live in America for the required amount of time before he was
born.

And be honest with yourselves, if Obama had really done anything that
warranted impeachment, he wouldn't have survived his first term as
president.

So much for the "home of the brave and the land of the free".

It all hinges on the definition of "natural born" citizen, which is an
added criteria for President, but ill-defined. McCain was born in
Panama and the GOP agreed to call him natural born, but I guess Panama
is closer than Hawaii or something.

Actually, the birthers cling to a technicality that existed in 1961
(and I think has been changed somewhat).

The issue is that Ann Dunham was 17 when Barack was born, and the INS
rule was that if she was married (she was) and had lived in the U.S.
for 5 consecutive years after her 13th birthday (she HADN'T), then if
her baby was born out of the country, he wouldn't automatically be a
citizen and would need to be naturalized (which she could have done
without needing to smuggle him into the U.S. illegally.

The funny thing is, the child of an unmarried woman in the same
situation would have been a U.S. citizen at birth. It's crazy.

Nonetheless, no birther has provided a single shred of evidence that
Ann Dunham was out of the country when Barack was born. No visas,
immigration stamps, inoculations, travel records, pictures of her
being 9 months pregnant in Kenya, nothing. I read somewhere (but have
no solid proof) that fewer than 100 Americans visited Kenya in 1961
and Ann Dunham wasn't one of them.

You never give up do you? Still off your meds from the looks of it.

You simply are so mentally ill that you are unable to fathom the fact
that the vast majority of us read your header information and simply
correct the Reply To part.

Your trying to send it to : alt.flame.rednecks,
alt.flame.rush-limbaugh, alt.bullshit, is once again noted with amused
contempt.

You have been entered into the List and when the time comes..will be
handled properly.

So thats how we determine if posts from far leftwing extremist fringe
kooks are real, or are from trolls? From the average Leftwinger..it
will be largely composed of one syllable verbage along with a mixture
of meaningful grunts and moans? Is that your contention?

Given the mental quality of the average leftwinger...I do find that to
be quite correct. Thanks for pointing it out for me.

Now then...if you keep crossposting your buffoonery into
misc.survivalism, where real smart people hang their hats....we get to
see just how odiously stupid the average leftwinger really is..and we
all get to laugh at you.

Got any other good pointers?

"Think" is a foreign concept to you. Something you are patently
incapable of doing in fact
>
>And when are you going to kill me? I'm waiting patiently.

When have I indicated that I have any intent of doing that?

Others may do you in, but Ill be sitting on my front porch, playing
happy riffs on the banjo as the rising body count of dead leftwingers
is reported over the radio beside me.

Why would I have any interest in dirtying my hands with your demise?
I dont hate you, I only hold you in the deepest contempt. Why would I
hate you? You are subhuman and as such, are not worthy of the effort
of hating you, of doing you in, or the dollar round of ammo Id have
to expend.

You hold yourself in far too high a regard if you consider yourself
worthy of my time and effort.

Others will indeed dispose of you, and if I find out about your
demise..Ill be happy as a lark, but personal involvement? You are not
worth the time.

Now..if you were fool enough to come after me...well..at that
point..you would become a personal and immediate threat and would be
handled in a lawful manner according to state law .

So do as you so decide. Shrug..either way...you are likely to be dead
in 2013..or fighting in a very one sided war against
Constitutionalists who ultimately decided to "protect and defend the
Constitution..against all enemies, foreign and domestic"

Either way...your future does not appear to have a happy ending.

Shrug..works for me.

Nope. No definition of "natual born" in the

and still be a US citizen based on his mothers'
citizenship.

And Romney's father was born in Mexico, but
no one said a peep about his "foreign" parentage.

Cowardly to acknowledge that Democrats used voter fraud to win the
White house? I thought it was commonly known that's what happened?

Need me to post it again and again? What would be cowardly about
that? Or do you need your balls stroked? Sorry Kreepy..but I have
zero interest in doing that for you.

The fact is..Obama won. The fact is..it appears that voter fraud gave
Obama his win. The fact is...investigations of wide spread voter
fraud continue to grow. As the result of much smaller voter fraud in
the 2008 and 2010 elections..hundreds of Democrats have gone to jail
for voter fraud. As a result of voter fraud in the 2012
election..thousands of Democrats will go to jail.

On the other hand..the Second American Revolution..IE the Great Cull
may intercede and huge numbers of those very same leftwingers will be
dead and bulldozed into mass graves..and never make it to trial for
voter fraud.

Shrug...I thought you understood that? That criminal actions for
decades by Democrats and their media would finally result in extreme
blow back of the worst sort.
Anyone who considered the Constitution to be nothing more than toilet
paper..or a hinderance...will ultimately piss off the patriots in the
population and will result in actions against "enemies of the
Constitution..both foreign and domestic"

You are obviously among those enemies, so don't be surprised if it
impacts on your life and ultimately..cause of death.

Which stupid claims might those be?

" Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold murdered a total of 12 students and

people being injured while attempting to escape the school. The pair
then committed suicide."

Minimal? When a Democrat area has 89,000 registered voters and has
145,000 Democrat votes counted...thats minimal?

Florida Election Results 2012: Allen West Decries Voter Fraud in
Florida, And He is Right

Frank Hagler

In an earlier article I referred to Congressman Lt. Colonel Allen West
(R-Fla.) as a “wing nut.” He is a hero and a patriot. I apologize for
that remark. He has referred to black Democrats as victims and slaves.
He has said the House of Representatives is filled with communists
posing as Democrats. I am not a slave, I am not enslaved, I am not a
victim, and I am not a communist. I am a liberal and I am not a fan of
Republican Congressman Allen West of Florida.

There were three incumbent congresspersons that I especially wanted
defeated this year, Joe Walsh of Illinois, Michele Bachmann of
Minnesota and Allen West of Florida. There was one Republican that I
wanted to win this year, Mia Love of Utah. Unfortunately, I batted
.500, two out of four. Walsh and Love were defeated, Bachmann survived
a close race and West appears to have lost a crooked election.

West, who is the incumbent, has refused to concede defeat to Patrick
Murphy for the right to represent Florida’s 18th Congressional
District. West has documented a number of improprieties and
questionable, if not shaky and illegal maneuvers by the Democratic
Party to prevent him from retaining his seat. As bad as I wanted Allen
West to lose, it diminishes the voting franchise, the Democratic Party
and the government for him to lose this way. West is being denied his
opportunity to resume his position in Congress and evidence is
mounting that the Democratic Party officials are involved in a massive
voter fraud campaign.

In Florida a recount is automatically declared if the margin of
victory is .5% or less. The original count for the election had West
losing by .74%. The Washington Times said that “On election night
incumbent Republican Allen West had maintained a district-wide lead of
nearly 2,000 votes until Democratic St. Lucie County Supervisor of
Elections Gertrude Walker inexplicably ‘recounted’ thousands of early
ballots, resulting in a 4,400 vote shift to the challenger.”

The West campaign immediately started citing numerous irregularities
in the vote counting process and refused to concede the race. West
filed an injunction seeking to impound voting machines and requesting
a hand count of votes in Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties. Those
requests were refused by the courts. The Boston Herald indicated that
Palm Beach Circuit Judge David Crow felt that “the court had no
authority to overrule election procedures that are in place and being
followed.”

The first irregularity occurred when observers were not permitted as
per the law to “oversee the count of absentee ballots, those damaged
by voting machines, and ballots in which the three pages have become
separated,” according to the Washington Times. Additionally, “8,000
military absentee ballots were being counted in an area off-limits to
observers.” Democratic Palm Beach County Elections Supervisor Susan
Bucher and staff were observed being noticeably uncooperative and
hostile to individuals trying to observe the counting of the votes.
Bucher has also been accused of voter suppression by the Washington
Times. “When responding to a court order to open polls to early voters
on the Sunday before the election, she only informed local Democrats.
Republicans only heard about it later and not from her” said the
Washington Times.

On Saturday, November 11th, the West campaign won a challenge to have
a full recount of early ballots cast on Nov 1 through Nov 3. Citing
“election-day problems with the vote count among the early votes,
including possible duplicate vote counts or over-counting, the St.
Lucie County Canvassing Board agreed to an entire early-voting
recount” stated the Washington Times.

The West campaign also complained that “in some precincts of St. Lucie
County there appear to be dozens more ballots being counted than the
number of voters” explained the Washington Times. West asked Walker
for an audit of the poll books to reconcile the discrepancy in the
voter count. According to the Washington Times, Walker “has hired an
attorney and gone to ground.”

On Sunday, November 12, election officials informed observers that
they would not recount all of the 37,000 votes. Citing Florida law,
the officials pointed out only the ballots that were in question, the
16,275 ballots cast between Nov 1 and 3 would be re-seeded through the
voting machines. 800 fewer votes were counted and as the Washington
Times pointed out “there is no way to confirm that the errors were
limited only to ballots cast on those days.” The paper went on to say
“that election officials threw out 5% of the first batch of reseeded
ballots, the remaining 20,000 should be recounted in the interests of
accuracy.”

The situation has gotten so bad and is so egregiously and grossly
mismanaged that “Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner has decided to
send auditors to St. Lucie County” according to a letter written by
the West campaign and posted on the American Thinker. In that letter
West pointed out that Walker admitted during a press conference that
“approximately 3,650 ballots were double-counted on election night,
and approximately 1,950 ballots were not counted at all.” West pointed
out that according to Walker’s numbers the voting count should have
decreased by 1,700 votes but it was reported to decrease by only 799
votes. The American Thinker reprint of the letter said that Walker’s
office reportedly “announced her office re-ran some 26,000 ballots
from the first six days of early voting.” However this conflicts with
what was reported on election night that involved 13,000 votes from
the first three days of early voting. In addition the website says
that Walker said there were mechanical malfunctions associated with
“blank” memory cards. It was suggested that if the machine
malfunctions were associated with the 26,000 votes then parts of this
total could have been triple -counted.

After the recount, Murphy still had a lead of .57% (too high for an
automatic recount). West challenged to have a full recount in court
citing misconduct and/or fraud. On Friday morning, St. Lucie Circuit
Judge Dan Vaughn rejected West’s “request for a recount of all ballots
cast early” reported the Associated Press. The judge said he had “no
authority to order a recount and that West's campaign could contest
the election if they are unsatisfied with its results” explained the
Associated Press.

The West campaign has not exhausted their options. Late Friday
evening, Newsmax reported that the “Florida Division of Elections on
Friday stepped in to recommend that the St. Lucie County Canvassing
Board recount all eight days of early voting — 37,379 ballots.” But it
appears that there are still some indiscretions being unearthed.
Newsmax reports that there “at least 304 early ballots missing.”
Walker again appears to be in the center of this latest controversy.
Walker’s lawyer told the Palm Beach Post that “missing ballots are
believed to be in a box in Walker’s office.” The Palm Beach Post
stated that the canvassing board in a split decision has agreed to
recount all the 37,379 early votes on Saturday.

Post on Politics noted that west has a pending decision in front of
the Palm Beach Court to extend the recount to include 37,000 absentee
ballots. The website reported that the amended complaint is based on
West’s belief “that in some precincts, the number of absentee votes
recorded exceeds the number of voters who are listed as casting
absentee ballots.”

The Palm Beach Post noted that “the head of the Florida Division of
Elections Bureau of Voting Systems Certifications, David Drury, and
two other Division of Elections officials have been monitoring the St
Lucie County election office” ever since West requested assistance
from the Secretary of State. The paper said officials from the
canvassing board said “We have the responsibility to try to restore
trust in an elections process that’s been shrouded with uncertainty.”

Democrats have cried foul. Congresspersons Wasserman-Shultz and Alcee
Hastings have both accused Republican Florida Governor Rick Scott of
influencing his appointee Secretary of State Detzner to intercede in
the voting controversy. They have also come out in defense of Walker.
Hastings’ told the Sun-Sentinel “Governor Rick Scott’s attempt to
undermine and pressure St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections
Gertrude Walker – just because he would prefer to keep Allen West in
Congress – is yet another blatant display of his willingness to
disregard the rule of law for political gain.” Wasserman-Schultz
followed Hastings’ comment by saying “Governor Scott is now trying to
blatantly overturn an election result he disagreed with and undermine
Gertrude Walker, a three-decade veteran of the St. Lucie County
Supervisor of Elections office.”

Wasserman-Schultz and Hastings are barking up the wrong tree. This is
a blatant example of mismanagement and/or incompetency at the least
and voter fraud at the worse. Chris Cate, spokesman for Detzner, told
the Sun-Sentinel, “We have a responsibility to ensure Florida’s
election laws are interpreted and enforced properly, and our
involvement has only been observational.”

In the meantime, Patrick Murphy has become the transition to Congress.
The latest revised count has Murphy leading by 1,907 votes and his
margin of victory is .58%, still too high for an automatic recount. He
has attended the orientation programs in Washington, DC and is moving
forward expecting to be declared the official winner. “All counties
must file certified election results with the state by noon Sunday.
West can formally contest the election after that” said the Daily
News. “The state Elections Canvassing Commission will certify final
results next Tuesday, Nov 20” said the Palm Beach Post. Murphy’s
attorney’s has threatened to seek injunctive relief if the canvassing
board moves forward with the recount.

The congressional race in Florida was the country’s most expensive
House race according to the Washington Times. West is one of only two
black Republicans in Congress. He is a favorite of the Tea Party and
was ushered in as part of the Republican wave of 2010. West is a TV
favorite as much for his background as his flamboyant and over the top
rhetoric. West once said that the Democratic leadership including
President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority
Leader Nancy Pelosi, and Democrat National Committee Debbie
Wasserman-Schultz should “get the hell out of the USA.”

In an interesting twist, West was invited by the Georgia Republican
Party to move back to his native Atlanta and run for office there as a
consolation prize according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. Sue
Everhart, chairman of the Georgia Republican party told the paper “I
would be glad to have him come back to Georgia and at some point run
here. He ran as a Republican, a conservative Republican.” West
politely turned down the invitation said the paper. “It’s a very nice
thing, but I’m not an NFL free agent.”

Some may wonder how come black organizations like the NAACP and leader
s like Rev. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jesse Jackson haven’t come to the
defense of West. It is because West called them communists and slaves.
He is Harriet Tubman let him save himself. The liberal mainstream
press hasn’t carried this story widely or persistently. Then again,
the conservative media is not carrying it widely either. I found three
articles on Drudge Report, three on Breitbart and two on the Daily
Caller. That is unfortunate because this is certainly newsworthy and
the Florida voting process is a mess. I lay that blame at the foot of
Governor Rick Scott. I am a liberal and a voter rights advocate. I
want Allen West to lose. Badly. But I want democracy to win even more.
Allen West is being robbed. Someone call the authorities.

Rye resident files complaint alleging voting fraud
Betti skeptical of turnout, Election Day registration
Today's most viewed articles

November 18, 2012 2:00 AM

RYE — Election officials frequently lament the general malaise of the
electorate in local and midterm elections when even a 20-percent
turnout is considered encouraging.

This was not an issue in the Nov. 6 election, when a presidential race
hyped as the most important election of a lifetime brought voters out
in droves, with Seacoast communities reporting 75-percent-or-better
turnout. Election results posted by the Secretary of State's office
show 718,788, or just under 70 percent of the state's voting-age
population, cast ballots, just 615 fewer than the 2008 presidential
election.

James Betti of Rye is suspicious about the high turnout and filed a
complaint with the state attorney general's office. Turnout in Rye was
82 percent, with 3,846 ballots cast out of 4,680 voters, including 315
new voters who registered Election Day, said Town Clerk Beth Yeaton.
She said only 42 voters, or less than 1 percent, filled out
challenged-voter affidavits because they did not show photo ID when
they voted.

In an e-mail to town moderator Bob Eaton, Betti, citing census figures
and observations at the polls, spoke to an "implausibility" of having
so many newly registered voters on Election Day. He said voter fraud
may have occurred in Rye because the Democratic Party identified the
local Republican state representatives as "hostile."

In House District 24, made up of Rye and New Castle, incumbent Rep.
Will Smith, R-New Castle, was ousted as Democrats David Borden of New
Castle and Tom Sherman of Rye took the two available seats. The other
incumbent, Brian Murphy, R-Rye, did not seek re-election. Smith had
sponsored the Right-to-Work bill and supported controversial House
Speaker Bill O'Brien, R-Mont Vernon, on other contentious issues.

According to the 2010 census, Rye's population was 5,298, a 2.2
percent growth over the 2000 census. Of those residents, 1,147 were
age 19 or younger, leaving somewhere in the range of 4,100 eligible
voters in 2010.

"It would be exceptionally unlikely for any significant population
growth in our town over the last two years," Betti wrote in an e-mail.
"Given 100 percent registration of voting-age adults there should only
be available 4,162 people to vote."

Betti also cited observations from the polls. "People at the polls
allegedly heard some of the new voters looking at their smartphones
and saying they needed to find another polling area," he wrote.
"Massachusetts license plates littered the parking lot. My wife and
her friends were also at polls in Portsmouth and watched massive new
voter registration again with no New Hampshire identification or
identification at all. In other words, it was happening all over the
Seacoast."

Eaton said he had a lengthy phone conversation with Betti and asked
him to put his complaint in writing to be forwarded to the attorney
general's office.

"I think the attorney general is the proper authority to handle these
types of allegations," Eaton said. "These are serious allegations and
we take them seriously." Eaton, who was at the polls throughout
Election Day, added, "I wasn't aware of anything untoward going on. We
ran the election according to the law (and) we think that we did a
good job."

Assistant Attorney General Matt Mavrogeorge responded to Betti's
complaints, saying that without specific facts, his allegations "would
not constitute a basis for voter fraud to be investigated."
Mavrogeorge, in an attempt to explain the same-day registrations,
stated that every 10 years the supervisors of the checklist purge the
list of voters who have not voted in any election in four preceding
years. He said Rye's most recent purge was in summer 2011. "The purge
often results in voters showing up at the polling place only to find
that they have to register to vote again," he wrote.

As for reports of out-of-state license plates at polling locations,
Mavrogeorge said workers for political parties and campaigns are often
from out of state and it is not uncommon to see them at polling places
during national elections.

Betti did not back down, sending a follow-up e-mail reiterating his
points and stating the purge would not have affected the "heavy
registration" four years ago and in this year's primary. He also
questioned why there were 42 people who filed the voter affidavits,
saying that people had to drive to the polling place and therefore
must have had a driver's license. "They refused to present this to the
election officials. This in itself should be enough evidence to
actively look for fraud," he said.

Yeaton said of those who did not present photo ID at the polls, some
"just forgot" their IDs, and a few refused to show them in protest of
the law.

Mavrogeorge said his office received voter fraud complaints from Rye,
Manchester and Atkinson. "It's not entirely uncommon for these types
of stories to pop up," he said. He said his office has not had a
chance to discuss Betti's second e-mail, but he believes his initial
response "sufficiently addressed" his concerns.

Betti did not return calls or e-mails seeking comment.

22 Signs That Voter Fraud Is Wildly Out Of Control And The Election
Was A Sham
Friday, 16 November 2012 00:00 American Dream

After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever
supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again? There
were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there
are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines
change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of
their eyes. In several of the swing states there were counties where
the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age
population by a very wide margin. How in the world does that happen?
Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most
important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we
are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being
able to ask any questions.

Of course the Romney campaign has already totally given up, so it
isn’t as if there is any chance that the results of the presidential
election could be overturned anyhow. But if massive election fraud
did take place and nobody is held accountable, what kind of message
will that send for the future? Will we ever be able to have faith in
the integrity of our elections ever again?

The following are 22 signs that voter fraud is wildly out of control
and the election was a sham…

#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the
United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM
Eastern time on election day.

#2 There were 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia where
Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote. In those voting divisions,
the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt
Romney.

#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60
percent. But in the areas of Philadelphia where Republican poll
watchers were illegally removed, the voter turnout rate was over 90%
and Obama received over 99% of the vote. Officials in Philadelphia
have already ruled out an investigation.

#4 According to WND, one poll watcher in Pennsylvania actually claims
that he witnessed voting machine software repeatedly switch votes from
Mitt Romney to Barack Obama…

It was in Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., where an
auditor, Robert Ashcroft, was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the
vote on Election Day. He said the software he observed would “change
the selection back to default – to Obama.” He said that happened in
about 5 percent to 10 percent of the votes. He said the changes
appeared to have been made by a software program. Ashcroft said the
format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case
it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to
default.

#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of
Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide
margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the
urban areas.

#6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of
the 50 wards in the city of Chicago.

#7 Prior to the election, voters in the states of Nevada, North
Carolina, Texas and Ohio all reported that voting machines were
switching their votes for Romney over to Obama.

#8 There were more than 50 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where
Mitt Romney received 2 votes or less.

#9 There were more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where
Barack Obama received more than 99 times the votes that Mitt Romney
did.

#10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number
of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida.

#11 Wood County, Ohio (which Obama won) has a voting age population of
98,213, but somehow 106,258 voters were registered to vote on election
day.

#12 Ten counties in the swing state of Colorado have a voter
registration rate of more than 100%.

#13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely
requires a photo I.D. in order to vote.

#14 In Ohio, two election judges were caught allowing unregistered
voters to cast ballots.

#15 Many Ohio voters that showed up at the polls on election day were
surprised when they were informed that they had already voted.

#16 In fact, there were reports all over the nation of people being
unable to vote because records showed that they had already voted.

#17 According to U.S. Representative Allen West, there were numerous
“voting irregularities” in St. Lucie County, Florida on election day…

“The thing that spurred our curiosity in our race was the fact
that at 1 o’clock in the morning on Election Night, all of a sudden
there was a 4,000-vote swing that took me from being ahead to put the
lead into my opponent’s hands.”

#18 In Wisconsin, there were allegations that Obama voters were
actually being bussed in from out of state…

The Democrats stationed a self described “BIG Chicago pro bono
attorney” as one of their two observers at this small polling place.
He remained at the polling place from 7:00 a.m. until well after
8:p.m. …..A high priced CHICAGO attorney, sitting in a Sheboygan
WISCONSIN polling place, observing wards comprised of 1500 voters? ….
WHY???
Why would someone from Chicago be observing in Sheboygan
Wisconsin? And WHY at such a small polling place? Finally, isn’t it
interesting that this would occur at the VERY polling place in which
all of the above described events ALSO occurred? AGAIN WHY WOULD A
CHICAGO ATTORNEY BE OBSERVING AN ELECTION POLLING PLACE WITH FEWER
THAN 1500 VOTERS IN IT, IN SHEBOYGAN WISCONSIN? Of all the places
where there has been suspected voting irregularities, and OUTRIGHT
FRAUD throughout the ENTIRE United States, WHY HERE? WHY SHEBOYGAN?
WHY THIS SMALL WARD?

This lawyer spent the day running in and out making, and taking
calls, which coincidentally then coincided with influxes of groups of
individuals by the van and bus loads, coming in to register, AND VOTE,
using what appeared to be copied Allient energy bills. These
individuals often did not have photo I.D.’s, could not remember their
own addresses without looking at the paper, and became easily tripped,
confused and annoyed when questioned.

Many of these same individuals, just so happened to be dressed
in/wearing CHICAGO BEARS apparel, and whom openly discussed “catching
busses back to Chicago” with each other, with poll workers, via their
cell phones in the lobby area just outside the polling place, as well
as in the parking lot, both before and AFTER registering and voting.

One woman was dressed head to toe in CHICAGO BEARS apparel
including perfectly manicured BEARS fake fingernails!

She complained because registering was taking too long and she had
to hurry up to catch her bus back to Chicago.

We have photos of these people in vehicles with plates from
different states, photos of them leaving the polls, and other
irregularities.

#19 Prior to election day, an Obama for America staffer was caught on
video trying to help someone register to vote in more than one state.

#20 It is being alleged that unions in Nevada have been registering
illegal immigrants and pressuring them to vote.

#21 According to townhall.com, there was a systematic effort by the
Obama campaign to suppress the military vote because they knew that
most military votes would go against Obama…

Aiding Obama’s win was a devious suppression of the conservative
vote. The conservative-leaning military vote has decreased drastically
since 2010 due to the so-called Military Voter Protection Act that was
enacted into law the year before. It has made it so difficult for
overseas military personnel to obtain absentee ballots that in
Virginia and Ohio there has been a 70% decrease in requests for
ballots since 2008. In Virginia, almost 30,000 fewer overseas military
voters requested ballots than in 2008. In Ohio, more than 20,000 fewer
overseas military voters requested ballots. This is significant
considering Obama won in both states by a little over 100,000 votes.

#22 According to the Naval Enlisted Reserve Association, it appears
that thousands of military votes from this election will never be
counted at all.
