One does not need to be a religious person to admire Tim Tebow's
old-fashioned values.

http://www.cwfa.org/content.asp?id=21628

Tim Tebow commented in Vogue magazine that he wants a wife with "a
servant's heart." Of course, he wants a beautiful woman, but he also has
high standards of character and integrity that are even more important.
The qualities of a Godly woman and good wife were modeled by his mother
and sisters, and Tim Tebow learned early on that Biblical principles are
the best foundation for a marriage relationship.

So, the only wife for moral fascists like you are servants.

If he wants a wife who will "graciuosly submit"
to him maybe he should start with a Filipino mail
order bride shop. Normal American women do not fit
that bill.

Jesus told his followers to pray in private, Tebow does it on Monday

He wants a real marriage - where man and woman love one another en ought to
place the other's needs first rather than one's personal wants. That's
something you dykes don't understand.

You clearly don't now Jesus gave us a dual standard:
1. Men, love your wives (as Jewish women were chattel)
2. Women, be submissive to your husband. (he'll earn the bacon).

But it used to be love, honor and *obey* before they started changing

Excuse me duckegg but that is not what Tebow wants, he wants a wife
with a servant's heart.

That means his wants come before her needs, and not what you claim.

Males who refer to strong women as lesbians can't get it up and always
blame her.

Classic male insecurity permeated biblical times as it does now.

I refuse to believe that Almighty God gave me intelligence and the
smarts to make it in this world and then says I cannot use it.

I submit to no one but God. No man on this earth is worthy of that
much respect.

I don't think you comprendo, dippy. A marriage is a partnership. There
are no his jobs versus her jobs. He has just as much responsibility to
change the baby as she does to take out the garbage.

Women working outside the home is normal these days and should have
happened long before now. If a woman stays home with the children it
is because they TALKED it over and agreed it was the right thing to
do. He is lucky that he makes enough money so that is not an issue so
he can be more picky and go find that "old fashioned woman. If he
finds a woman who wants to do that way, it is fine and there is
nothing wrong as long as they both agree.

Earl has never been married and his closest sexual experience with a girl is a

If you look at his picture you will understand why no woman would go near him:

I have long suspected that the hyper-maleness of the OT sprang from a
reaction to the female fertility religions preceding it. In hunting
and gathering societies, the gatherers (women) produced most of the
calories while the hunters (men) most of the protein. Since protein
is an essential nutrient, this gave the men some claim to equality,
and such societies tend to be polytheistic, with gods of both sexes
overseeing various activities. With the rise of agriculture (very
likely the invention of women who had been handling seeds and roots
for millennia), hunting declined and the men became operatives within
that system, ploughing the land and weeding the crops, and the male
gods became less powerful. Consider the Greek pantheon, where the
real power was mostly wielded by goddesses, particularly those
associated with fertility, nurturing, and sex. For the most part, the
male Greek gods spent their time trying to get laid (often
unsuccessfully, as the girl was turned into a philodendron or
something by some goddess just at a very awkward moment) and generally
thinking with their putzes.

Warlike males, particularly pastoralists (an agriculturally-based
return to a monopoly on protein), seem to have a monopoly also on
inventing male monotheism, within which goddesses and the importance
of women. In the big three, women with the hearts of servants are the
ideal. Uppity women need not apply, and will be burned at the stake
if they do.

It's Webber; of course that is what he is saying. Incidentally, the
umlaut is a replacement for an "e" trailing the marked vowel (just as
the circumflex in French indicates a former following "s:" hôtel was
originally hostel); you can write Kueche and be understood. All nouns
are capitalized, though, in German.

Actually it is a bad thing. Religious women
shouldn't ignore what they are being told by
preachers and rabbis, they could confront them.
That they meekly go along with orders to remain
submissive to men says as much about them as it
does the religion.

[Levi. 15:19] When a woman has a discharge of blood
which in her regular discharge from her body, she
shall be apart seven days. And WHOSOEVER TOUCHES
HER SHALL BE UNCLEAN until the evening. And every
thing that she lies upon in her SEPARATION shall be
unclean. Every thing also that SHE SITS UPON SHALL
BE UNCLEAN. And whosoever touches her bed shall wash
his clothes and bathe himself in water, and be unclean
until the evening. And whosoever touches anything THAT
SHE SAT UPON SHALL WASH HIS CLOTHES, and bathe himself
in water, and be unclean until the evening.

And if it be on her bed, or any thing whereon she sits
when he touches it: he SHALL B UNCLEAN UNTIL THE EVENING.
And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be
upon him: he shall be unclean seven days, and all the
bed WHEREON SHE LIES SHALL BE UNCLEAN.

But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number
to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.
And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles
or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest to
the door of the meeting tent.

Bacon-flavored bits are a popular item in jewish
groceries. Basically, soy nuggets with a dash of
artificial bacony flavor and bacony color. Apparently,
while orthodox jews can't eat pork, it's perfectly okay
to lust over it.

Sure, higher moral code, the one that says if you rape a man's daughter,
you just give him some money and you're good to go. If you beat a slave
and he lives for a day or two, it's okay, because he's your property,
just like a junk car. If your kid sasses you back, you can have them
put to death. If you're a witch, you die. That code.

Wrong. Every relationship I've been in, we worked out
the important things mutually.

Smaller stuff, like where to eat tonight or who wants
to be tied up, got resolved in favor of who wanted it
more at the time.

Hmmm...lesee here...thinking back over the women in my

I prefer my women bright, very bright, and not afraid

Enlighten us, Dook: do you even know what the term
"bull dyke" means? Or is that just another of your
magic words meant to derail actual debate?

Thinking back over the lesbians I've known in my life,
not a one of them would qualify for that term.

And at least two I can think of left men panting in
their charming, funny, pretty, vivacious wakes, men who
mistakenly thought they had a chance.

Duke is constitutionally incapable of failing to have
the last word. Whether it's some other poster having
sunk all his battleships, or whether (as happens
equally often) he's backed himself into a corner
unassisted, he's still compelled to bluster, bluff, try
to divert, utter neck-snapping non-sequiturs, or hurl
insults ("insults" often totally incomprehensible to
anyone other than himself). It can be cringe-inducing
to watch.

Observe now, as he demonstrates my thesis for you:

What I find amusing is that a lot of us who prefer submissive women
prefer strong, self-reliant, intelligent submissive women.

I suspect someone like Tebow would run screaming from a woman such as
that.

Exactly. And that's why the 2nd half of the comment in the bible is "husbands,
love your wives". Before Jesus, women were property to a man.

I agree, but it takes a special person to risk all to confront the
establishment. I work from within the system. It seems to be more
productive. Changing one person at a time seems to have a more lasting
effect.

If she did that now, we would not have a pigeon problem. This may be
in effect in the Orthodox environment, but I think that in modern
countries it went the way of animal sacrifices.

Yeah-that really stinks. How can a human being be unclean because of a
natural thing that happens in their bodies?
