In Christian mythology, people are supposed to be resurrected with new bodies which cannot be destroyed. And then the wicked are sent to the lake of fire, where their indestructible bodies burn for all eternity. Yep. Like Elohim. El was a previous god of the area and he supposedly had
70 sons. They were called the Elohim. Note that most Hebrew words ending
in 'im' are plurals.
