A lot of mammals have arrector pili, which are muscles which pull body
hair erect.

In hairy mammals this has two effects - to fluff up the hair to keep
the animal warm, and secondarily, to make the animal look larger and
therefore more threatening when it feels threatened.

Evolution explains this perfectly. Creationists have absolutely no
explanation whatsoever as to why an intelligent designer would create
the ability to fluff up hair in a specially created human who cannot
become warm from fluffing up hair and who doesn't look more
threatening with hair all but invisibly fluffed.
