Why didn’t you post the link to the story that you spoke of?

The link you posted went to a story with no teenagers and no one shot
or shooting from under a car.
Also doesn’t say how many times he was shot.
Just that 3 bangs were reported, not how many missed the target.

In fact, the only thing you got right was that it was in Austen.

It looks like some druggy crashed his car then left the scene of the
accident and walked a block down.
Then was apparently messing around on the shooters property where he
was subsequently shot.

Lesson learned?
Don’t leave the scene of an accident and try to hide by breaking into
someone’s property.
When entering someone’s property, stay on the sidewalk and go straight
to the door and knock.
If no answer, turn around and leave the property immediately.

Any other actives are the actions of a thief and needs shot.

A broken down car is not criminally worthy of being shot in the

the moment the crime took place to conviction, and sometimes even years
after conviction.

In the case of California, PC 211 handles Robbery, while other penal codes
and sentencing enhancements deal with whether the accused was armed with a
bladed weapon, firearm, loaded firearm, fake firearm, and so on.

There is a significant difference between faith and confidence. Confidence
is based on observable evidence; faith is not. You do not need faith that

Further, it is not against Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York City's local
ordinances to shoot someone. Oh, they might get you for "discharging a
firearm within the city limits," but those cities have no local ordinances
