If mere nudity was legal there, you should expect the police to invent a litany of false crap to justify the arrest.

If mere nudity was not legal there, you should expect the police to invent a litany of false crap to augment the fact of mere nudity.

And if photos or videos exist, you should expect them to be suppressed by police, prosecution, and press as too shocking to be seen by anyone but themselves with the result that no one will ever know the truth.

And that's the way it is in the good ol' USA where taboos triumph!
