I think they credited it to his Visa account. He also got 30 frequent-flier
miles.

No, definitely not. The Roman Empire certainly minted silver coins,
and I think some localities, perhaps Tyre, also did.

Shows how trustworthy that source is.

There's a contradiction there? Coins were weighed well into the 19th
century (at least) after being minted.

Find any book on Roman coinage.

Jesus doesn't need the frequent-flier miles. He can walk on water and even
fly -- remember that he ascended into heaven (which is where, on the moon,
or perhaps mars?), not to mention the necessary toughness that his skin had
to have to withstand the coldness and vacuum of space. You know, come to
think of it, Jesus sounds a lot like Superman.

Rationality rays.
LMAO
"No! Must . . . get away!
Starting . . . to . . . think clearly!
Reality . . . bringing on . . . reason!
Noooooo!!!"

And reality is the kryptonite that has the power to drive his followers either
into hiding, or into even deeper insanity.
Reality is the world the believer could have lived in, had it not been
shattered to pieces in their minds by the various religious up-bringings.
Contact with it now sends deadly rays of "rationality" into the mind of the
believer, causing them to become weak and writhe in agony from the inner
conflict such things can cause. In the weaker of the species, the inner
conflict produced can actually bring on their early deaths.
Wow, the Jesus-Superman analogy - who knew? :-)
