Funny but doctored. Look at the border around the nice clean painted
in center of the right sign. Too clean in the middle, and not the same
color as the edges. A bit more work would have made it a lot harder
to see.

Doctored. It looks like it came out of a thread on a website I
frequent, where a whole series of pictures were made using this one as
the base.

What a wonderful idea, even if it *is* doctored. Hmmm... we have a lot of
*stupid* religious groups on campus...(specifically stupid groups, not
implying that *all* religious groups are stupid.)

and no, I'm not going to do anything idiotic. Although, if I find out about
another abortion protest in town, I'm getting a group of friends together
across the street with signs about spam, like "I Eat Spam" and such, and
we'll imitate the people over there. Should be pretty funny.

After thinking about that photo, I concluded that the two godbots
probably would've tried to silence the guy with the "I'm with Stupid"
sign. It'd be funny though to stand next to them with that sign and
not let them see what it says. If they tried to look at it, then
don't let them see it. See how long it'd take for them to
force themselves on you to try to see what the sign said.

Exactly what I was thinking. Or, just stand near them, conveniently not turn
towards them (or stand in front), and act like you belong. If you aren't
acting too strangely, and you're not where they can easily read it (subtly,
of course) then they probably won't even notice. Or if they do, it could
take a while, making it an excellent prank to pull :-)

Before doing this be sure to have your insurance paid up. You might also do
some reading on the psychological responses that those you are standing with
is likely to be.

It is quite fascinating how people will react to a sign with nothing on it
when you join them.

(In essence you are stating that nothing they are saying, with their signs,
has meaning, by joining them with a blank sign you are insulting what they
are protesting.)

My thoughts exactly, but again be very sure your insurance is fully paid up,
you may need it. (If you have ever seen the plywood signs that Fred Phelps

could kill a person if used correctly. Which is why I used a different
method of annoying them, I beat them about the head with their own bible.

If you really want to turn thier cranks, carry signs depicting such topics as
a foetus on a bun, covered with lettuce and mustard, that sort of thing.
"Best served at 6 months", etc.

I suspect a sign with the bible verse indicating abortion isn't a
problem (female forced to drink a concoction meant to induce
abortion if the husband wasn't the father) or the one indicating it
wasn't a problem as long as the female survived would serve the same
purpose.
