Obama's Birth Certificate Verified By State of Hawaii
"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i,
along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory
authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records,
have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State
Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate
on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,"
Fukino said.

HONOLULU -- The state's Department of Health director on Friday released
a statement verifying the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama birth certificate.
The state has received multiple requests for a copy of Obama's birth
certificate. State law does not allow officials to release the birth
certificate of a person to someone outside of the family.
There were rumors that Obama was born in Kenya, where his father is
from. The Constitution requires that the president be a natural born
citizen of the U.S.

While many sites and news organizations have released copies provided by
the Obama campaign, the rumors have persisted.
"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s
official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18)
prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do
not have a tangible interest in the vital record," DOH Director Dr.
Chiyome Fukino said.
Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have
personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original
birth certificate.
"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with
the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee
and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and
verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s
original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies
and procedures," Fukino said.
Fukino said that no state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, ever
instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently from any other.
Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the United States.
Multiple lawsuits were filed to try and force Obama to provide proof of
citizenship. Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a
challenge to Obama's U.S. citizenship. Judges in Seattle and
Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.
You don't make the rules, jewess.
Fuck off.

The fact remains is that Obama has refused to produce in court a
certified copy of his birth certificate. which would be easy for him
to do. Because he refuses to release it (along with any other of his
personal records from the last 35 years), we have to take the word of
a public official in Hawaii. Democratic public officials have a habit
of producing illegal documents, such as marriage licenses for same sex
couples in states where exiting laws prohibit such documents. So why
should we take the word of a public official in Hawaii, when Obama was
offered a perfectly respecable court venue to make his case? If he had
borught the certificate to court, there would be no doubt. But he
won't do it. He has to have a clerk in the records department get up
in a testimony meeting and state that she has seen both the gold
plates and Obama's real birth certificate.
Raleigh
Oh STFU.
Go away Negro.
Yeah he did. Just go to Factcheck.org
Moron.
Just ask any the thick-headed knuckle dragger like Raleigh what McCain
has provided as proof of his US birth certificate showing his legitimate
US citizenship that Obama has not.

Oh give it a rest already. If the Director of Health came to your house
and shoved a certified copy of Obama's BC up your ass, you people would
come up with yet another reason why it's not real.
And those weren't "clerks" dumbass. That was the state Director of Health
and the Registrar of Vital Statistics. THE people who have the legal
authority and responsibility over birth certificates.
Sheesh.

That's what Mormons say about the gold plates. Joseph Smith, Jr. had
them, but they were sealed, like all ofObama's records, and he could
not show them to the unwashed heathens. However, he did get specially
appointed "witnesses" to testify that they had seen the plates, ergo,
they existed. Obama would not bring a certified copy of his birth
certificate into open court. He relies upon a public official to say
that he has one, but that no one is allowed to see it.
I suppose a Mormon could tell you that if the angel Moroni came to
your house and shoved the gold plates up your ass, that you wouldn't
believe in them either.
If an angel did not take Obama's birth certificate back up to heaven,
then why couldn't he produce it in court?
McCain has already had his birth records certified. That's why Obama
hasn't sued to open them. It's Obama's records that are sealed from
the unholy and apostate so that only true believers who ask in
sincerity and faith are allowed to see it. And guess what? He has
decided that no one is sincere or faithful enough--not even a Federal
judge.
Raleigh
No, he didn't. He has posted a very bad photocopy of his alleged
certificate, just as Joseph Smith, Jr. provided the Anthon Transcipt
to "prove" that he had gold plates. If you believe that pictrures are
proof, just remember--the cover of the 1977 missionary paperback
edition of the Book of Mormon has a full color facsmilie photo of the
gold plates of Mormon.. A photocopy is a fascimlie. A picture
downloaded from a website is a facsimile. Obama will no more bring a
certified copy of his birth certificate to a federal judge than Joseph
Smith, jr. would bring the gold plates of Mormon to a metallurgits.
Both Smith and Obama merely got special "witnesses" to say on
authority that they has seen the original, but that it was sealed, and
forbidden for anyone to lay eyes on--including federal judges. Mormons
buy Smith's story, and those drinking the koolade buy Obama's. Did God
tell Obama to seal all his reocords from the public?

Why do you hate the Constitution so much?
The 'full faith and credit' clause of the Constitution requires every state
to accept as fact what the State of Hawai'i has certified --- namely that
Obama was born there. No one has a right to demand a state's original
documents --- and it's a good thing, otherwise most people would face
insurmountable difficulties in getting a driver's license or a passport or
in registering to vote.

The 'full faith and credit' clause doesn't require anyone to accept the
claims of a sect, no matter how well documented.

How dare you actually belittle government employees who, for the most

And what did the judges, yes judges, do with that case (per state)

idiotic case out. I only wish they had brought frivolous claims
against the dear sweet attorney.
If he had

Yes, there would have been since the certificate has already been
proven. You are beating a dead horse. I find it especially amusing
that you believe all this would not have taken place if only he
produced the document when you previously stated that the "Democratic
public officials have a habit

doubt the authenticity regardless.
I will assume that here you are discussing Same-sex marriage in
California, when discussing illegal documents. I hate to break it to
you, but the documents are currently legal, even if the Tuesday vote
nullifies them.
But he

Nor should he have to do so. The documents were produced and you
still waffle on whether or not you believe them to be valid documents.
I think that even if there was videotape of the birth with

Then shut up since you have just stated the certificate was in fact

If the official in question was a Republican state official in Florida
certifying the vote count there in favor of George Bush, would you
claim her actions should not be called into question, because as a
state official, she must serve with honor? Al Gore didn't think so. He
filed his own suit.

No. The official said that she "had seen the certificate," just as
Martin Harris said he has "seen the plates." She stated that the
certificate was confidential and could not be made available to anyone
other than Obama. Just as Martin Harris said that the plates were
sealed, and that only Joseph could be allowed access to them.
Who the ef cares if Obama was the one to show the
> document or another completely capable of showing the document.
The document was not "shown." If you believe that, you have no reason
not to convert to Mormonism. It's the same type of "seeing with the
spiritual eyes" thing.
The
> fact remains that the document was produced and Obama is eligible to
> run for the office. Now step away from the dead and beaten horse
> already. You are embarrassing Republicans everywhere.
I doubt it. If you think that a lot of people hate George W., wait a
few years. If Obama gets into the White House, and we get 1,000
percent inflation, he won't be very popular with anyone but diehard
Obamaloids..
Even so, the most sad thing about the whole thing is that, if Obama
does get elected, his grandmother didn't live long enough to see it.
She is about the only ordinary American citizen I can think of who
could have gotten any demonstrable benefit from it, and that only for
subjective reasons--she could have died proud of her country, instead
of ashamed of it, like Michelle Obama will be if he doesn't get
elected.
Raleigh
> No. The official said that she "had seen the certificate," just as
> Martin Harris said he has "seen the plates."
You're just making yourself look ever more loopy by
your continued use of this comparison. What manner of
brain parasite is prompting you to compare something
unlikely and farfetched in its very essence (the
golden plates) to something banal and perfunctory (a
birth certificate)?
Harris' verification is suspect because of the
justified doubt surrounding a claim about magic golden
plates written by a spirit, detailing the events of a
civilization for which zero archaeological evidence
exists, a Western Hemishperic civilization peopled by
a lost tribe of the non-seafaring Israelites, with the
descriptions given being internally inconsistent, and
with the religious content of the writings reading
remarkably like a pastiche of early 18th-century
theology and folk belief, and the discovery of which
was made at the instruction of an angel. Further,
Harris was a friend of Smith's and part of Smith's
circle.
By contrast, a birth certificate is a commonplace
document issued by the thousands every day; the
verification of Obama's certificate was made by a
government branch which performs similar tasks
routinely (though in this case at a higher level than
normal, to quell the ravings of paranoids like you).
The officials in question were not part of Obama's
campaign, nor were they personal friends of his.
Apples and oranges.
You're trying to argue that because one instance of
alleged verification was suspect, therefore it's
justified to malign any verification you, personally,
dislike. It's the approach of a person crippled by a
profound lack of wits or by outright insanity.

So, would Mr. Ayers do it all again, he is asked? ''I don't want to
discount the possibility,'' he said.
Yawn.
Well, hey, look at it this way, you loons get to whine for at least the
next four years...

Exactly. The "historic" thing about Obama's election is not that he is
the first black president of the U.S. He's only half black anyway.
What is historic is that he is the first illegal alien to be elected
(legally or illegally) to that office. I always knew that with illegal
aliens voting that this would happen'; I just didn't think it would
happen this soon, and I thought the first one would be Mexican. Hawaii
is a Democrat controlled state. There is no need for the Ameircan
people to suppose that the birth records archive people in Hawaii are
any more honest than the vote counters in Florida were in 2000. In
fact, Obama will have to gut immigration control to keep his own aunt
from being deported or jailed.
Hillary needn't feel bad. Although she won't be the first woman prez,
she was married to a man who represented two historic firsts.
Bill Clinton was the first illegitimately born male to be elected
president, and he was the first president to be credited with having
sex in the Oval Office. That is not to say he was the first to do it.
He was just the first who was dumb enough to want credit for it.
Welcome to Bill Clinton's third term by proxy.

Your bigotry is noted.
Yeah. Gives us an excuse to bomb Usenet with crossposts orginating on
ARM, just as Manning did for the last 8 years with posts about "Oil
Nazis."
If you will check, virtually every crossposted thread you don't like
was probably started by him. I think he crossposts them to
Alt.atheists hoping that the atheists will get testy with the theists,
and he can enjoy the flame war.

And strangely enough, no one - I repeat: NO FUCKING ONE- was able to
prove it before the election. Karl Rove, nor anyone. No one from the
Republican team...
Has it occured to you, racist moron, that's because he's fully
American.
Why do you rightards make so easy for us to make fun of you?

Could be. He's gay.
He's going to be disappointed.
I mean, it's not like anybody has to *do* anything for atheists and
theists to get testy with each other, we do it all by ourselves alla
time. <g>
Also, it's been tried so many times that both sides have gotten rather
bored with it and it rarely works out the way the troll thinks.
Srugh.
Erm, shrug. I haven't reached my daily minimum requirement of caffeine
yet...

Surgeon General's Warning:
Quitting Religion Now Greatly Increases the Chances of World Peace.
Bill Clinton could not be impeached by no fucking one (and no virgins,
for that matter) for lying under oath, even though his home state of
Arkansas easily disbarred him for doing it. Lack of successful
prosecution means nothing in politics, especially of this sort.

Tripler isn't even at Schofield.
No, I was there as part of the 25th ID (L), and spen many miserable
days slogging around in East Range (or East Rain, as we called it) and
running the Kole Kole. But the weather was beautiful, I learned to
surf, and spent many wekends on the Big Island at Volcanoes National
Park.

There's a peat bog with your name on it. Go swimming.

Bill Hicks? He's dead.
Damn funny, though. Damn funny.
But you're still not toes-down in a peat bog like I prescribed.
I know that the Jews are like Mafia, so pass the word that we'll start
executing first the most prominent Jews.
This will be news to my wife.
Why bother? Take the bus down to the Ki's and pick up tourist girls,
drive out to windward and have a BBQ, go to North Shore and watch
people surf the pipeline... there was a lot to do just on Oahu without
depending on the Army's version of fun.
Oh, I checked. Tripler hasn't had a VD ward in thirty years. STDs are
treated by the infectious diseases floor.
I was with the 3/21st Inf. Who were you with?

Nah. Let's start with you, toes-down in a bog like I said.
Go swimming, freak.
Hey, not so fast. From his webpage:

Earth, the Kingdom of God, on 01.01.0001.

Watch a lot of Wide World of Sports as a kid? People talked about
surfing the pipeline. Only tourists call it that.

OK, "LOL" is overused, but I actually laughed out loud on that one.
Really.
My wife is openly bisexual, a same-sex marriage advocate, and pretty
damn kinky. We're polyamorous, which means we are part of an extended
family that currently spans three continents. You'd probably hate her
because she's fat, but we've been happy together for years.

But you know what? Keep trying the gay insults. They are seriously
funny, in a six-grade playground sort of way. They also show just how
desperately pathetic you lot are.
Hi Jeff. Glad to see you're still around. I'm still using Free Quad.
Thanks again.

Didn't you mention in another thread that you were air crew?
I love it when wannabes tell the world they were in a Sooper-Sekret

Dude, I think you spend a few years as an Air Force or Navy enlisted
man, and for some reason can't be proud of you actual service so come
up with this shit.
After that pile of bovine excrement, I wouldn't know where to start.
