10-year-old is tasered by officer in Arkansas

Police report calls it 'very, very brief' stun to get her into patrol car

OZARK, Ark. - Ozark Police Chief Jim Noggle says one of his officers used a
Taser on a 10-year-old girl who was combative when the officer tried to get
the girl into a patrol car to be taken to a youth shelter.

Noggle said Tuesday that officer Dustin Bradshaw went to the girl's home
after her mother called police woman called police.

According to a report filed by Bradshaw on Thursday, the officer found the
girl on the floor of the house screaming and crying. She refused to follow
her mother's instructions and the mother told Bradshaw to use his Taser.

Hmm....I may have to expand the line of taser-proof clothing I've designed
to include children's sizes, too. I never thought of that.

Tasers work on a principal of inductive kick of a collapsing field around a
coil, just like your spark coil in your car. Like your car, the kick
produced depends upon the circuit being very high resistance, human skin,
to work. If a highly conductive cloth were to be penetrated before your
skin, the parallel circuit created "shorts out" the kick rendering it
useless and the victim much safer from heart failure, one of its
unmentioned problems.

A simple layer of Kevlar under the conductive cloth prevents prod
penetration to the victim's skin, further protecting you from this forced
intrusion on your person. If they taser your head, they know they will
kill you....at least I hope they know.

We've got to do something to protect us from the stupidest cop with a
gadget.

What has one trigger happy cop got to do with Craig Chilton? I don't
get your point at all.

Obsess much?

In Craig Chilton's America the 10 year old would have been aborted and the
world would be a better place.

Poor J<unkie>.

If he couldn't stalk from behind the keyboard, he'd have nothing to fill his
empty days.
