I think that is a high candidate for "Idea of the Year", but noone has
anywhere near enough money to buy the property in question at a reasonable
price. We'll have to split it up if we sell it, and that would ruin its
value.

No, what we should do is evict the current residents (they have no lease,
so screw 'em), then take over their positions and continue the money
collecting psychological warfare business they've spent 2000 years
developing just as it is. It's a real profit center, you know!

Why screw up a good corporation that's running so smoothly, more smoothly
than any other in history! The suckers keep buying into it without ever
receiving a product!

How about Bill Gates or Warren Burrett(correct spelling?) or the
Google guys?

Hey some of the richest people in world are atheists.

We could make a business proposal to them ;-)

They could use their charitable trusts to buy it and then the income
from it could go back into their charitable trusts AND feed the world.

Easy!

That's a good plan too! That money could be used to Feed the World.

You think Microsoft running the Vatican would somehow be an improvement?

??? 8(

Those Microsoft charities are just tax deductable PR operations, and
designed to draw pressure away from solutions to the problems they claim
to "address".

Get Randi onto it! Stat!

Okay Warren Buffet then, or the Google guys?

Then again there could be some advantages to Google.

You know, having your own country.

There is only one way this is going to work, and thats a global

You do have a good point.

Japan allowed itself to be set up as the joint-loser of WW" along with
Germany. Its quite a good move losing a major war to an empire.

So, maybe all this "Buffy" stuff thats been teasing kids away from the
other mythologies for the last dew decades, and the ease with which
Dawkins got "The God Delusion" out there, is all part of a plan to create
a new "bad guy" type and eventually turn the whole thing into a "blame
the atheists" global blowback event?

Just thinkin' out loud here.

Imagine Ratty waving his staff defiantly and quoting "Ah'll be BACH!"

Ooer!

Trance Gemini decided that expropriating churches in the USSR was RIGHT:

Wow.. we don't have to pay to feed the world's poor.. we can
take OTHER PEOPLES STUFF, SELL IT AND GIVE THE MONEY TO THE HUNGRY!! 8^o

Golly.. why didn't someone have this idea earlier!?

Well they did! Lenin, Mao, Stalin and Pol Pot all thought it was
a really SELLABLE idea, to tell everyone that they should just, you
know, LIBERATE the wealth of the Kulaks, the Church, anyone with more
money than YOU, and give it away to the NEEDY.

Of course Sarah Silverman could give some of HER money to help the
poor.. she has a huge plasma TV.. but hey.. that's HER TV.. and you
know, Americans believe in private property.. right!? they aren't
COMMUNISTS! B^p

So why would the WEALTHIEST nation on earth with 5% of the worlds
population, that consumes 25% of it's oil and other resources EVERY year
think that them turning food into ethanol fuel could be taking it out of
the mouths of the poor.. or that if we sacrificed just a FRACTION
of what we spend on Cosmetics, drugs, alcohol or pet food, we could
easily eliminate world hunger... it's JUST a distribution problem!

and if people did think that our greed was the problem then we best find
a way of distracting them.. a scapegoat is always a good idea.. but
the Jews have already been used.. How about the Vatican?

B^p

> Heh. Sarah Silverman has nailed it, yet again :-)

She sat there and told us that her first response to the hungry
was to "TIVO right past it".. but they were still there, on her
42" plasma TV.. So she doesn't plan to do a FUCKING THING to
alleviate world hunger, despite being in the top 5% of the worlds
WEALTHIEST people, except make up BULLSHIT, adolescent FANTASIES
that involve expropriation and re-distribution of OTHER PEOPLES
WEALTH!!! 8^o

It's Lenin, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot with polished tits! fer fuks sake!!

B^[

In my town the Catholics (i'm not one) run the Brotherhood, St Vinnies
Schools, Hospitals .....ALREADY... !!!

WHAT DO THE FUCKING ATHEISTS PROVIDE???????????????

And yet these SMUG DO-NOTHING BITCHES tell us that they have
a brilliant idea..
distribute someone else's money to the poor!

FUCK OFF AND DIE ...YOU USELESS BINTS!!! B^[

If she can do it to 'educated' 21st century people, you can see how easy
it was for Lenin to incite fear, hatred and envy of the Kulaks and the
Church, and implement Diderot's Doctrine of Militant atheism;

"Man will never be free until the last king is strangled
with the entrails of the last priest."

How wasteful.. Trance is more economically savvy,
she just wants to steal it, despite the protests of
the owners that if funds THOUSANDS of SCHOOLS and
Hospitals..

Does anyone think the Atheists will replace those?

Has anyone ever seen Atheists BUILD a school or
a Hospital?

I'm not a Catholic, I read the papers about Paedophile
priests, but I also see the Catholic school around
the corner, my first child was born in St Vincents Private,
one of the best maternity hospitals IN THE WORLD..

They already run Charities, The Brotherhood of St Lawrence,
St Vinnies, the Australian Catholic University..

What experience to atheists have?, what have they built?
What do they run?

Or are they going to stick to traditional Atheism.. building
a $50,000 /year business by EXPROPRIATING AN ALREADY
EXISTING ONE WORTH $500 Billion and RUNNING IT INTO THE GROUND,

like they did with the USSR, Maoist China, Pol Pots Cambodia
.. Nth Korea..

Is Trance Stupor or that other self-absorbed atheist bitch
ever going to get off their whining arses and build a fucking
HOSPITAL??

Sure, as it's so easy you go borrow some startup capital,
you can invest it and "then the income from it could go back

You haven't done that already? That's because you are FULL OF SHIT!

That is state religion: the active suppression of
religious freedom and practice of any religion not approved by the state.

And it has been the practice of most nations, particularly European
nations, prior to the 19th century.

Xtians have been doing it for centuries, at least by taking other
peoples wealth and then feeding their own people from it.

Colonialist nations, all thoroughly Xtian at the time of rampant
colonialism, by the way, were notorious for stealing the wealth of their
poor colonies to feed the wealthy at home.

Look at the colonization of Africa to get an idea of what xtian nations
are really like.

If it was handled correctly, like the way Heifer does it,
it would work fine. The poorest people in the world are
usually farmers with interbred animals, poor soil, little
or no veggies, poor irrigation methods, dried out
wells, poor education, etc. This is exactly what Heifer takes
care of all over the world, including parts of the US. They
give needed animals, seeds, saplings and train these
people how to use them. Even better, when the animal or
animals have bred, some of the offspring are given away to
other poor families. So, while the original famiies lives
have been improved, they are proud to know that they
have helped others in the same financial state they were
once in. In this way, families can breed better animals and
crops, have milk for their own kids and can sell what is
left over and have money to send their kids to school. In
the Andes the families not only have milk to sell but llama
or alpaca fur to sell or make into sweaters, hats, gloves
and scarves. People given meat animals soon have
meat to sell. And, people with males animals can make
money from using them to breed with other farmer's
female animals. People are taught how to bring poor
soil back to life, how to plant saplings that will become
trees and protect their soil

and how to irrigate. Some
people are taught how to raise bees or fish. Some people
are given and taught how to make better stoves. So, you
can understand why this is my chosen charity. I give to
others, but this is the main one for me.

Check out the interactive map to see exactly what they are
doing worldwide.

Cardinal being a shade of red, I can only think it's Venial.
Mortal would surely be described as 'black'.

Well, I picked an Australian dog, since I was replying to an
Australian dog. It makes me chuckle that he hasn't yet noticed the
puppy was a *male*-and by definition, not a "bitch"..<bfg>

Innocent blinkies won't work on me, young lady! You
obviously don't know about the giant Siamese Cat
Gods Si and Am and The Great Litterbox In The Sky
surrounded by fields of catnip and a never ending
supply of fat, juicy mice. Evildoers end up head down
in the soggier portions of The Great Litterbox where
the odor stays really bad until they have learned their
lesson. (No punishment should last forever like it
does in that childish Christianity.) That's where trolls
like Duke, Pastor Dave and kenny-boi and will end
up eventually.

Nothing nutty about the Catholic faith. What's real crazy, nutty is pretending
that there is no God even though there is exactly zero support for such a silly
idea.

All what money? Which, btw, doesn't belong to the Vatican, but still is the
property of unknown millions of people who have since died.

Or, don't you understand that, once a dollar is spent, it's gone. Never to be

Evidece. Note Item 2.

Summary of the Major Articles of Faith

* Our Lady Unicorn is Pink and Invisible.
* She prefers Pineapple and Ham Pizza to Pepperoni and Mushroom.
The latter is said to be eaten only by followers of the despicable
Purple Oyster (of Doom). [cf]
* The Followers of the IPU have more Holy Days than those of all
other faiths put together, as any Holy Day of any faith is
automatically an IPU Holy Day. Holy Days are used by the Faithful to
sow seeds of doubt and uncertainty in the minds of addicts of other
religions. The Holiest Day of the Year is April 1st. It is the day on
which the She suggests we find a religious nut and say "There is as
much evidence for the existence of your god/gods as there is for the
Invisible Pink Unicorn, why don't you check out her web-site, maybe
you'll learn something?"
* A significant number to followers of the IPU is 42. It is the
answer to the question, "What is the meaning of life, the universe,
and everything?" Importantly, if you add together the digits of the
year in which she was revealed, (1+9+9+4) you get 23. If you add 4
(for Her hooves), add 2 (Her ears) add 2 (Her eyes) add 1 (Her Horn),
add 1 (Her tail) then add 9 the result is also 42. This proves the
significance of Two Score and Two.
* Certain chosen followers of the IPU are blessed with
visitations, shown with signs in their laundry. See the Revelation of
The Lost Prophetess of AOL for more details.

May I just say that Isis my cat communicates directly with Her
Horniness and Great Pinkness (May Her Holy Hooves Never Be Shod
(PBUH)).

I've consulted with Isis, who says that the giant Siamese Cat Gods Si
and Am and The Great Litterbox In The Sky are simply one Version of
IPU Heaven and Hell.

IPU Heaven, UNLIKE FSM "Heaven" is not limited to Beer and Stripper
Factories but has many Forms.

IPU Hell, has also has several Versions such as Pastures of Short
Grass, High Manure, the place where Her Sacred Dwarves spend eternity
biting the knees of evil doers,Hell #655, wherein transgressors are
punished by having to listen to the endless drivel of uncountable
net.kooks, Hell #333, where fundamentalists are continually sawn in
half by stage magicians.

And Please Note The Words of the Grand High Llama On Cats.

"Yes! The IPU is the cosmic guru of uncertainty. Since its invisible
it can't possible be pink but it is. You're feeling uncertain right
now aren't you. It is and it isn't at the same time. Normally only
certain cats trapped in boxes with 50% chances to live could be and
not be at the same time. The cat undergoes wave collapse but the IPU
is beyond that. Its is both at the same time because you can't be
certain what the hell it is, pink or invisible because you can't find
it to check. Schrodinger was on the entirely wrong track with the
kitty idea. The IPU isn't sure either since it can't exactly look in a
mirror. It experience the essence of being pink and invisible at the
same time. Such miracles are not easily come by mere mortal."

You're confusing the IPU with the Great Green Arkleseizure (He who sneezed
the universe into existence).
His holy number is 42. It is the answer to the question, "What is the

meaning of life, the universe, and everything?"

None of your numerology is needed. It's all explained in the holy book, the
HHGTTG.

ISTR a music group called the Purple Oyster Cult.
Is that where they got their name from?

Shouldn't that be mouse, not moose? A mouse being about the biggest critter
Puke could manage to have intercourse with.
