Lots of songs these days have expelled the concept of chord changes, so A5, also known as A(no3), should take you a long way. Try A7(+9). It's spelled A-C#-E-G-B#. Tasty.

I tried a Bb power chord but it hurt my fingers. Dexter said he's teaching me an E chord next.
