Tools to author CD+G discs?

So I've been enjoying my Jaguar's CD drive lately... the VLM's been
putting my toddler to sleep lately.

I'd love to put together a CD+G with music and pictures. Are there
any free tools for authoring them? (I'm on a Linux box, FWIW.
But if there's some Windows tool that could generate an ISO9660 disc
image, I could run the tool under WINE, then burn the image under Linux.)

The closest I found was a set of tools for Linux for ripping CD+G discs,
but I need something to for creating and burning my own.
