Once again, you have to constantly lie about others in order to get
your pathetic self by.
It takes electrical and natural gas energy, as well as clean water
plus sewer and garbage management in order to reasonably accommodate
those our your cheap housing kind. Are you suggesting that your
building has it's own well and septic system, plus runs its own
generators or having its own solar and wind energy farm?
You're not remotely smart enough to know any better, and you obviously
can't do the math of what the honest all-inclusive cost plus whatever
the property owners must take, unless that building were owned by the
local mafia or by some other assistance group, like the Salvation Army
would make a whole lot of sense because of how efficiently they manage
such things.
You continually hijack and revise topics in order to suit your own
perverted ego, and you don't really give a tinkers damn about anyone
else following the original topic or any of its related subtopics as
long as you get to revise everything and can manage to get by with
paying the absolute least amount, because you're so fu-cking extra
special that you can't manage to get a real job that pays in more than
it takes out (of course you and others of your kind couldn't possibly
understand any of that).
Your kind of cheap housing gets special property tax and utility rate
compensation because of its low income or subsidized housing status.
Most that live within that structure are getting outside assistance
(many students will be declaring bankruptcy or just bailing out on
their debts and responsibilities because those necessary real jobs
that pay enough outside of being city, state and federal employed no
longer exist), and otherwise the city, state and feds receives the
least amount per unit in return, plus the public gets to pick up other
tabs that you don't want anyone talking about the real all-inclusive
cost of running a city, state or nation that gets to accommodate those
which never contribute enough to compensate for what they take.
You’ve previously admitted to having taken food from a local food bank
simply because it’s offered without any proof or justification that
you actually deserve any of it.
You've previously claimed and taken unemployment and qualify yourself
for public transportation discounts, even though you really shouldn’t
be qualified.
You consistently mooch off of a UW local area DSL server at no charge
(aka
NOCHARGE.COM or .NET), and no doubt you make all of your long
distance calls via that channel while downloading HDTV and full-length
movies plus most of anything else as taken for free, and you obviously
don't give an tinkers damn how that activity hogs or drags down the
internet throughput that everyone else gets to pay something for.
Whenever you get sick or injured enough to need any outside help, you
pay little if anything for those services and supplies. You never
take advise nor having given anyone else any credit for knowing
anything, so at the very least you deserve to die alone because, who's
going to miss having Jeff around?
Some of the perks you get in exchange for those services provided to
the landlord are likely kept off the books and/or fully taken off his
income as another cost or expense of doing business (so as per
bartering rules there’s no local business nor income taxes collected),
not that such is entirely a bad thing if that give and take barter
system is kept privately within reason, although the big boys that you
seem to like get to do this with millions, billions and even trillions
of our hard earned loot.
Just because I don’t happen to like most of them bad guys that got
this nation into such a mess over the past few decades, and you seem
to like them all as long as you get a cheap roof over your head, a
source of free food and discounted or free public services), is not
hardly a qualifier of slander on my part for suggesting that you’re
not nearly as deserving as you think. Even if only half of everyone
in Seattle operated as you have, there wouldn’t be hardly any city
infrastructure or services available for anyone (no paved streets,
water, sewer, street lighting, parks or schools), and apparently
you’re perfectly good with knowing that.
How exactly does removing the context of any given topic or reply, and
revising the title of any given topic, make you a happy Mormon?
Are you suggesting that all books in any public library should get
their titles revised and portions of whatever context removed?
Of course you don't really care, because you are Jeff the
dysfunctional Mormon that always gets to do as he pleases, and unlike
yourself, at least I don't have to modify a topic in order to suit my
inflated ego of superiority over everyone else.
