SUN IN ARIES- The need to validate and experience identity
definition. Action as the conviction of belief. These attributes are channeled
through the Moon and it's relationship to the Sun.
w in
MOON in Aries- Conjunction. A powerful focus upon the self. The reigning need
serves the physical expression. Drive, desire, and ego are very important. The
placement of Mars is very significant in further delineation.
MOON in Taurus- The urge to become is stabilized. Energy economized. There can
be fixation with the Moon placed here and obvious self orientation.
MOON in Gemini- The sextile relationship supports the life energy. Quickness of
wit. The Moon in Gemini would need anchoring through squares or oppositions to
direct the energy.
MOON in Cancer- Opening square. This can represent a balanced identity when
integrated. Disruption in the parental structure. The ego can get out of hand
because of sensitivity. Insecurity. The Moon in Cancer always reflects powerful
maternal influence. Nurturing and ego importance at odds. A strong need to
establish identity.
MOON in Leo- Opening trine. Ego projection is dramatic and fiery. Expects
success to gratify ego importance. Needs softening by more sensitive positions.
Easy expression.
MOON in Virgo- The reigning need imposes strictures upon the expression of the
Sun's energy. Judgement can accelerate. With positive aspects to the
Moon-aggressive discernment.
MOON in Libra- A conflict between aggressive self assertion, and toning down
ego for social acceptance. This can result in a back and forth effect upon
relationships. The balance point is to recognize that others reflect the self,
not determine it. The Full Moon positions in any sign suggest a need to resolve
the belief in inner verses outer dynamics.
MOON in Scorpio- The self presentation can be overdone. Power needs hide the
insecurity that the self will not be important. If negative ego is not
transcended, the personality may only reflect pushiness and arrogance.
MOON in Sagittarius- The apex trine between the luminaries, is always
reflective of the possibility of great integrity-as long as energy and
intention remain focused. This is an aspect of the expression of honesty and
integrity. Following your excitement is easy. Mental influence.
MOON in Capricorn- The apex of developmental aspects reflect an accelerated
need to resolve conflicts. Without spiritual direction this position tends to
"gaining the world, and losing your soul". There is a tremendous drive to
achieve based upon the early environmental conflicts with the parents or home
environment. "No pain, no gain" belief system.
MOON in Aquarius- The reigning needs soften the focus upon the self. This
position needs social outlets to validate identity. Stability is needed through
other significators in the horoscope. Impulsivity possible.
MOON in Pisces- This position can present difficulties if stability is lacking.
The idealism of Pisces, can put out the fire of the sun-if the life energy is
not directed and expressed with integrity and trust. (see definitions under
integrity) .
