Aquarius rising-"the age of Aquarius"?

Can anyone tell me when the sun began or will begin to rise in
Aquarius? I don't know much about astrology, but have been reading
about ancient archaeology, and this info. could be pertinent.

The precession of the equinox, to make a long explanation short, allows
each sign by the earths axis tilt or wobble, to have the axis "pointing"
at it. This takes approximately 2000 years in each sign and goes
backwards through the signs. The age of Picses (the two fish swimming in
opposite directions) reflects the idea of sacrifice and the illusional
limitation of the physical world, the sacrifice of spirit to matter(the
cross). This period was initiated by Christ, hence the association of the
fish to christian religion (on the back of their vehicle). This idea is
now changing. The age of Aquarius is the recognition that we do not have
to follow saviors and that each individual is an aspect of the christ
consciousness and valid in that way. It reflects the second coming. Which
will be this consciousness expression through each individual of the
christ consciousness as an aspect of it. It is like Carl G Jung said "For
religious devotion is a collective phenomenon that does not depend on
individual endowment"(The collected works of Carl Jung, Psychological
Types, Vol 6, pg 124 on "Schillers ideas on the type problem"). This will
now change, individual endowment is becoming crucial. There is no
definate date that this will occur, it is occurring now, Uranus in
Aquarius will begin to break down the old barriers and wake up the
recognition of choice in the creation of our reality. This is what is
meant I believe by "the sun beginning to rise in Aquarius", because it
happens every year when the Sun enters aquarius and has nothing to do

Every 2 hours a new sign of the zodiac ( Aries/Tuarus/ etc)
is RISING. Or.....if you're born now and someone is born 2 hours
later , you have ..say Aries rising , the other person will have
Taurus rising. If you speed things up , you'll see a chart with
planets not moving very fast relative to the signs ( except the
moon ) but the whole thing is rotating 1 revolution every 24 hours.
The moon will move about 1/3 of 1 sign in that period . It rotates
clockwise, the left side of the chart is the EAST ( sun rises in the
east).
