Subject: Little present for Judyth Vary Baker's birthday

May 15, 2008

So, Judyth Vary Baker:

Today is your birthday. You're 65 now, and here is my present.
On May 15, 2007 I wrote you that the court of justice in
Haarlem, the Netherlands, decided (on August 16, 2006) that
Mrs. Vary Baker - living at 136 Kleine Houtstraat in Haarlem -
has to pay back Mr. Jacob Jan Holtzapffel, also living in
Haarlem, the amount of dollar euro 8,647.63 plus intrest plus
all kinds of extra costs immediately.
Today, you will have to pay me the amount of dollar 14,844.48
(euro 9,567.27) plus all kinds of extra costs. You know that
Mr. F.J. ten Seldam no longer is my lawyer, so you will have
to contact me directly. Remember: you can make no deals with
me; it's to late for that.

If you don't pay before you die, your heir(s) like your eldest son
Josiah or your eldest daughter Susan will have to pay me.

Be careful: judge Mr. A.E.A.M. van Waesberghe's sentence
(in Dutch: zaaknummer / rolnummer: 126058 / HA ZA 06-909)
will be valid till August 15, 2026. On that day, you will be
83 years and three months old. As soon as I know where you
live, I will come after you with a new lawyer.

So I can wait for 18 more years. It's no problem for me. Is it a
problem for you?

Judyth Vary Baker, this mail has nothing to do with the THREE
WRITTEN AND OF COURSE ALSO SIGNED AGREEMENTS
concerning your book on Lee Harvey Oswald: one private
agreement with my personal advisor Auke Visser and two
agreements with me...

Have a nice birthday!

Jaap Holtzapffel

Question for all the NEW people who receive this message for
Judyth Vary Baker: who can give me her exact address in the
United States of America or somewhere else? Thank you
for your cooperation. I will reward you.

The same greedy bastard who has repeatedly attempted to squeeze
Judyth for money with phony claims and phony documents.
He tried threatening Trafford, and got nowhere.

I got one of these e-mails, too.

I must say I have little sympathy for anyone willing to collaborate on
any commercial venture with a loon like Judyth.

You say they are phony. What contacts did you make in the Netherlands
to confirm/deny their authenticity?

One would make a phony document available, along with notation that it
IS phony and that they know that because yada. yada, yada to dispel
false accusations being made and spread.

If one has made no attempts to fact check the docmuents and expects
everyone to accept they are phony just on someone's sayso ... then I
guess they would not make them available.

Dare I say *duh*.

Why don't you just go ahead a say "Duh," Barb.
Trafford checked out Jaap's claims and found them to be nonsense.
I'm not going to circulate that junk just because you make a phony
challenge. There have been enough of those here.
Jaap has repeatedly spent time in mental institutions in Holland, once
for trying to run down his landlady with a bicycle.
Judyth agreed to let him write a Dutch book about her for Spectrum
publishers. He failed to meet their deadline, and they canceled the
book, so he has decided to claim rights to the book she later wrote
herself. Their contract included a payment to her which he never
made, so the contract was null and void.
Jaap then played games with money that a Mr. Visser sent to her--Jaap
intercepted the money and put it into his own bank account, paid her
bills out of it, insisted on doing her shopping for her, and charged her
substantial fees for each task.
Jaap handed her a contract written in Dutch, and misrepresented its
contents--he had included a provision which said the money could be
paid to her OR TO JAAP. Mr. Visser loaned her 10,000 euros. Jaap
set aside 8,000 for Judyth's expenses--one wonders what happened to
the other 2,000--Jaap later claimed that it was deducted "up front" as
"interest."
After promising to pay her utility bill with some of the money, he failed
to do so, using the money to pay his own attorney in a pending lawsuit
against his landlady, whom he had threatened to kill. He then said there
wasn't enough money left to pay her utility bill. He pocketed 150 Euros
a month from the 8000, and also took a "finder's fee" for locating a
smaller apartment for her.
Then he tried to con Judyth's agent into thinking that HE was owed
15% of any book she might publish, as her agent--he flashed the Dutch
contract, which only applied to HIS book, already canceled. Her agent
dropped her, believing that Jaap had replaced her.
Unaware of Jaap's games, Mr. Visser demanded that Judyth repay the
10,000 euros within six months. Jaap refused to give her any more of
the money so she could return the remainder--it was then she found out
how much he had been taking for himself.
Jaap then demanded that she ALSO repay HIM the 8000 euros, which
was never his money in the first place. He also claimed to be her
literary agent, and told her that firing him would be a violation of
Dutch law!
It was at that point that he tried to run down his landlady and was taken
to court for psychiatric evaluation. Part of the time he claimed that he
was the reincarnation of Lee Harvey Oswald, and he was institutionalized.
He told Judyth that, being Lee reincarnated, they loved each other, which
may explain his latest bizarre claim. He even claimed that he looked
exactly like Oswald, though he bears no resemblance.
Both he and Mr. Visser were demanding repayment of the 8000 euros,
though he had kept 3000 of the 8000 for himself.
In 2006, Jaap tried to get Trafford to pay him the money, but their
lawyers checked out his claim and found it specious. Jaap then began
sending out e-mails with his phony claims, as he continues to do.
He claims to have gotten a court judgment against Judyth, which he says
will be enforced "if she ever returns to Holland" or if he ever finds her.
In fact, she returned to Holland in 2007, and was told by authorities
there that Jaap's legal claim was invalid because he had deceived her,
and added that he was a mental case and so could not be sued. Jaap's
lawyer quit, and Jaap never re-filed the case.
Mr. Visser, by contrast, has never sued her--perhaps afraid that his
role in the deception would be exposed in court, or simply aware
that the contract was invalid because its contents were misrepresented
to her.

Interesting. None of what you say tells us whether or not his claim of
a judgment is true, And even if it is true, that has nothing to do
with verifying her claims, but it would protect her from false
allegations if the documents can be shown to be phony.

But Martin, your post fails to address the fact that any information
with even the slightest possibility of fodder for dirt will be sucked
out and appropriated into the current fantasy about Judyth with
absolutely no regard for its credibility.

The way to determine the credibility is to check out the documents
with the court, Pamela. Martin's ramble, no matter how much it is
satisfactory to you, is no substitute for that.

Another big duh.

LOL. Martin refuses to back up his claims.

Never saw that coming!

His claim of a judgment is ridiculous. The courts invalidated it.
He was trying to get her to repay HIM money that SOMEONE ELSE
loaned her. The person who made the loan has never gone to court on
the matter.
