JAMES FILES SAYS HE ENTERED DAVE'S APARTMENT,JESSY,AND KILLED HIM IN A
COMPARATIVELY UNDETECTABLE WAY BY SHOVING A LONG,THIN IRON FILE UP THROUGH
THE ROOF OF DAVE'S MOUTH. It's true that such an entry would would be hard
to see such an entry wound up in the roof of the mouth, with its rugae
(ridges) possibly shadowing over such an entry wound if you used a
light,as shown in the photo, to look into the mouth. And its result in the
brain could look like a popped aneurysm that then hemorrhaged. this was
not a nail file, but a real file --a tool--used in construction. The
thinnest are only 10% as wide as a common nail file. Chetta should have
seen the wound in the brain originating up through the roof of the
mouth,if this is what occurred--but this was a man working for the Mafia,
and Chetta had seen mafia murders before and had good reasons to mind his
own business, as we can tell by the fact that he also made shift to avoid
analyzing the stomach contents in this matter...no way he wouldn't know
that white particles in an autolysis situation (stomach begins to digest
itself after death) that those white particles had been introduced from
the exterior before death, and represented pill binding material.
Instead,he concentrates everyone's attention on the bleed as the result of
a burst berry anuerysm --which very well might have been the case--but
unfortunately,to support this verdict he also claims that he found some
earlier bleeds as well. He would want us to believe that the berry
anuerysm would have had been the source of earlier bleeds, which could not
have occurred. A tire,for example,blows out. it doesn't leak a little and
then suddenly blow out. We are told in the autopsy notes that some
small, earlier bleeds were present. But these had to be elsewhere than from
the berry aneurysm (and perfectly normal,by the way,in a pilot who flies
at high altitudes and has high blood pressure -- this would create the
headaches of which he had complained. the very last thing Dave needed was
PROLOID, which makes hypertension much worse!) So the bleeds, presumably,
would have nothing to do with the reported 'berry aneurysm,by the
way, despite what LN pro WC writers want you to think. Medically trained
observers would know better.

At least J's not claiming first-hand knowledge of this, as she used to
do so often with conspiracy claims she encountered..

She used to protest quite vigorously the idea that she was a
researcher rather than an eyewitness. She now seems to be settling
quite comfortably into the role of conspiracy researcher.

Somebody mentioned Baker's Facebook page out here some months ago. While I
don't post there, I find it interesting to read. Having failed to convince
researchers of her story in several other groups/forums, she has found her
niche in this Facebook group, whose members she can pick and choose at
will. She has attracted 235 members, but since, as I have noted out here,
I am convinced that she never met Ferrie, I advise any readers to seek
corroboration for any of her claims about Ferrie.

Among the things I've noticed about her in this group: 1) She is quite
paranoid, suspecting that any unusual incident in her life is caused by
some government plot to silence her. And she dishonestly implies that
anyone who criticizes her story is a lone-nutter Warren Commission
apologist. 2) During the holidays she was VERY concerned - almost obsessed
- with the sales figures of her book, and her popularity as the object of
a Google Search.

She doesn't even realize that a few of the Ferrie things she's posted
originated with me. When she indicated a desire to see the originals of
the Ferrie "farewell notes," I sent them along through a friend of hers.
This is how she responded:

"Stephen Roy, who used the fake name David Blackburst for years, is trying
to construct a legend of Dave as totally unconnected to the Kennedy
assassination in every way. He contends that Dave died of natural causes
only. he refused to accept ...my offer of some materials, which included a
poem written on dave's table itself by an unknown person (was hoping he
miught be able to ID the writing) and lectiure notes. Since he says I
never met Ferrie,he refused to accept the lecture notes, saying he had sen
them online ..but i had others...anyway,he prefers to see evidence that
supports his version of David Ferrie, and we do not know what else he has
rejected in his quest to finish his book about Dave. To be believed,he has
to get by me, so we are at odds."

What an insulting piece of horse doo-doo. "Fake name". "Legend". Evidence
I have "rejected." Hmm, wonder what she's trying to say. Most galling,
Baker tries to reduce my lack of belief in her story to some dispute
between equals: "To be believed, he has to get by me, so we are at odds."
I don't have to "get by" Baker at all. I don't give a rats patoot about
what she thinks of my research, and neither does anyone else. If
anything, the inverse of that sentence is somewhat true: She, herself,
suggested early on that, to be believed, she had to get by me. At least I
know something about Ferrie, and don't pretend to have been acquainted
with him.

One other thing: She's now, as quasi-administrator, dealing with a few of
her OWN crazy people, who aggressively argue implausible or long-
discredited theories! I feel bad for her and Martin.

I have no problem with her as researcher, right or wrong. It's the claims
of involvement that I think were a very bad choice on her part.

Really?!
But it's just what they deserve.

Maybe I missed something. Did you live in New Orleans at the same time
that Oswald did? Did you work at the same company at the same time that
Oswald did? No? Well, Judyth did.

So you have no basis to claim that Judyth could not have known Oswald.

You did miss something. I said:

"I am convinced that she never met Ferrie, I advise any readers to seek

Ferrie, not Oswald. But since you bring it up, if the Ferrie story is not
true, it doesn't seem likely that the Oswald story is true, either.
