I have said that a Canadian researcher supplied us with information provided
to him by a New Orleans private detective. The detective was indeed the same
person who provided information posted on the British newsgroup of John
Simkin. When he provided information supportive to Judyth on the Rich Della
Rosa newsgroup, the information was deleted from the archive, as Jack White
had declared that Judyth
was "not credible."

This is the original e-mail we received from the Canadian, an M. Bishop. I
see that the witness who identified Oswald as having been seen with Judyth
was a man at the garage--I assumed this was Adrian Alba, but I may have been
mistaken about that.

"Sorry to be so late with this. I asked around. All I could find out
was

there was a woman by that name at Reily Coffee at the time."

In a subsequent communique in response to a series of direct questions

from me, he added:

"2) Yes, the people from Reily knew her but not Oswald. The guy at the

garage worked there and was not a family member that I know of."

"The guy at the garage" was a man who remembered seeing Oswald with a

woman. *He* would be the one you really want to find, I imagine.

More soon. I promise.

Kindest regards

in "private detective" work?

you still havent talked to Alba yourself? i find this totally
incredible, given that he would be a bockbuster witness for Judyth.
why didnt, or hasn't any member of Team Judyth talked to him yet? why
didnt 60 MIN talk to him? where are all these "credible" researchers
and historians that are supposed to be tracking all the great "leads,"
and providing "confirmation" of her account? not only that, but the
guy(if there really was one, if may have been a woman with the first
initial J) didnt even tell you it was Adrian Alba.

did you bother to ask how he came to this conclusion? who did he
talk to? not suggesting Judyth didnt work there, just wondering.

what people from Reily? no detail?

well i thougt the Team Judyth story was that Alba picked Judyth's
picture out of a lineup. Shackelford posts on AUG 8 2006 12:43PM &
12:52PM

"I didn't just say he picked out her photo--he identified her as
someone
he had seen WITH OSWALD. If you're going to repeat what I say for a
critique, please repeat it ALL. "

AND

"So how was it that he was able to pick her photo out of a photo
lineup?"

Where did these statments come from, and why were they made?

also there is this quote from you, Aug 6 2006 at 10:05AM

"You seem to be listening to others regarding the witnesses--or just not
paying attention. A researcher who doubted Judyth hired a private
investigator to go to New Orleans and test her account. The investigator
found several Reily employees who remembered her. He also interviewed
Adrian Alba, from the next-door Crescent City Garage, and showed him a
group of photos, one of which was Judyth c. 1963. Alba picked out her
photo. He didn't "come forward." He didn't know her name. He just
recognized her photo. "

you say again "hired a private investigator" but Dixie wrote on JAN 17
at 6:00 PM

"That is not quite the way it was! A forum that I was on, along with Bill
Kelly, .....we had another member who was a resident of N.O. with a lot of
various connections. We talked him into doing some investigative work for
us."

and

"The only thing that Bill Kelly had to do with this was that the guy, was
not able to write all that well, so Bill took his jumbled notes and fixed
them into a readable format, for us all to read"

and

"I was shocked when I first heard about this. And..like you, the story was
much too similar and familair to me. I could be wrong but I have a
suspicion who the Canadian Researcher might be. But as far as him hiring a
N.O. private.detective, I doubted the guy was a detective at all. The
story is just way to similar to not be the same story that got all re-
worked by someone. There is a pssibility that the guy was hired to show
that photo, but if so, that was never mentioned on the forum and he played
it off as though he showed the photo on his own....like out of curiosity.
Some thing smells about all this, especially, since the guy disappered on
us, after making that Alba claim. "

the fact that the guy needed Bill Kelly to rewrite his notes suggests they
guy was not a professional, so why do you make it seem like the person was
anything more than a member of a forum who happened to live in New
Orleans? i can think of another member OF THIS FORUM who has the same
credentials, claims to have spoken to Alba, and hasnt dropped out of site.
