If one measures 35 mm up from the lower left hand corner (when looking
at photo) and then across 25 mm, you are positioned smack dab on this

This photo is Betzner's last photo.
"After taking his last photo and hearing a noise, Betzner "looked up
and it seemed like there was another loud noise in the matter of a few
seconds. I looked down the street and I could see the President's car
and another one, and they looked like the cars were stopped."
IF this photo captured a gunman, it is highly likely the gunman would
appear to be in a firing stance.
And Betzner would have been LOOKING directly at the gunman from his
vantage point (of course, not knowing the gunman was there.)
Now, some rifles do emit a slight muzzle flash. The AK 37 is one such
rifle. The flash can be difficult to see in daylight.
If one is looking on a horizontal, and a flash occurs somewhere along
that horizontal it can be mighty difficult to determine how far away
the flash was, especially if it is a sunny day and other objects
appear between the flash and one's eyes. It might even seem the
flash, for example, was hovering above and near to the intervening
object.
Keeping that in mind, consider Betzner's comments:

Here is a clip from behtzners sworn statement. He states that he heard
a rumor that a shot came from the fence on the knoll and he figured
that when where he was when he took the 3rd picture might have the
fence in the background. He does not know exactly where he was when he
saw the firecracker going off in the presidents car. From looking at
the picture it is obvious that he took that third picture before the
headshots.
Here is part of his statement...
I cannot remember exactly where I was when I saw the following: I
heard at least two shots fired and I saw what looked like a
firecracker going off in the president's car. My assumption for this
was because I saw fragments going up in the air. I also saw a man in
either the President's car or the car behind his and someone down in
one of those cars pull out what looked like a rifle. I also remember
seeing what looked like a nickel revolver in someone's hand in the
President's car or somewhere immediately around his car. Then the
President's car sped on under the underpass. Police and a lot of
spectators started running up the hill on the opposite side of the
street from me to a fence of wood. I assumed that was where the shot
was fired from at that time. I kept watching the crowd. Then I came
around the monument over to Main Street. I walked down toward where
the President's car had stopped. I saw a Police Officer and some men
in plain clothes. I don't know who they were. These Police Officers
and the men in plain clothes were digging around in the dirt as if
they were looking for a bullet. I walked back around the monument over
to Elm Street where they were digging in the dirt. I went on across
the street and up the embankment to where the fence is located. By
this time almost all of the people had left. There were quite a few
people down on the street and crowded around a motorcycle. I was
looking around the fence as the rumor had spread that that was where
the shot had come from. I started figuring where I was when I had
taken the third picture and it seemed to me that the fence row would
have been in the picture

You cant use mm to measure the distance because everyone has a
different screen resolution and everyone will measure a different
value depending on the their screen resolution.
You have use pixels. The picture is 1193 pixels wide and 397 pixels
height. The mans nose is at about 137 pixels from the left edge of
the picture and about 193 pixels from the top of the picture.

In the circle on the fence line I can see the image of Daniel Webster in
the lower left quadrant. Above him I can now see a figure that looks like
a man conceivably aiming a rifle. The figure I see is from the knees up
and is wearing a dark suit and white shirt cuffs are visible. He either
has light colored hair or is bald. Is this the form you are referring to
as "badgeless man"?

Yes, he is wearing a dark suit and white undershirt. No hat. No tie.
No badge.
The image you refer to as Daniel Webster is the person that has been
referred to as Black Dog Man.That person is really a woman, who is
cradling her baby who is sitting on the retaining wall. The baby is
dressed in all white. That woman is about 5 feet two inches tall. We
see that woman and baby in two other photos. She is wearing a raincoat
and rain hat. (It was raining that morning in dallas, many people had
on rain gear)

By the way, everything I've said I see in the various versions of the
Betzner photo, I really do see and can point them out. Pretty amazing! I
finally did see what looks like a right-handed man in a position like he's
aiming a rifle, but I see nothing that looks like a rifle. Do you? He
might be in the same position to aim a camera, but I don't see that
either. In one photo his head looks too big, out of proportion to his
body. However, that could be some kind of photo distortion. The other
problem is why would a sniper be on the front side of the wall when he
could just as easily be on the backside and less obvious?

motorcade. Maybe this is Arnold you see with his movie camera, or possibly
someone else with a camera.

I halfway agree. JFK was a goat who has been made into a hero. I could
come up with a lot more examples of goats who have been made into heroes.
But I'm hardpressed to think of a single hero that this country -- or for
that matter, the entire world -- has had in its recent history.
I hope that you're not thinking of applying. If you try to portray
yourself as a hero, you're just going add to my cynicism level, and I'm
going to stop being the cheerful forward-thinking person that you already

So can we count on you to support early release of ALL documents about
the assassination being withheld from the public by the Federal
Government, and make them available no later than 2011? They have been
kept secret over four decades. What is in those remaining documents
they don't want us to know?
