cover. Furthermore, the red cover was a hardback, not floppy.

Judyth has long made claims, as has Martin, that Judyth had done no
research before she came forth with her story ... Judyth noting that
she had no access as the library at the university was undergoing
remodeling/construction for a year (completed in 2000), there was no
elevator service and she couldn't get to an upper floor where any such
materials were kept because her back probs prevented her from climbing
the stairs.
The quote above is a nice short, concise one that contains her 2
claims about the library:
1. There was no elevator service for a year during the
remodel/construction, and ...
2. The library was 5 stories high.
I spoke to Sandy in the reference section of the library on June 8,
2009. She was working there at the time of the remodeling/construction
10 years ago ... before it, through it, and to this day. She told me:
1.The library is now and was 3 stories. The remodeling doubled the
size of the library by adding an addition ... but the number of floors
stayed the same.
2. There was always at least one elevator available throughoutt the
construction/remodel which lasted well over a year. "Oh, gosh, yes"
was her reply to my question as to whether or not elevator service
remained intact during that long time. There is what she called "a
set" of elevators ... the set being two elevators side by side. At
least one was always available.

Good work, Barb!
It probably would violate some law protecting the disabled to have
certain materials completely unavailable. Especially when people who
are disabled could be accommodated by simply having a work-study
student run up and get whatever was wanted.
This is a classic example of how one lie requires another lie. Pretty
soon one is so enmeshed in lies that it's absurdly obvious to anybody
willing to look at your story critically.
And it's even worse if somebody willing to do a little research . . .
(not Team Judyth) takes out after your story.

Oh, I don't believe it does.
In fact, NO thread concerning Judyth Vary Baker will EVER add to our
discussion of the assassination, in my view. The woman is simply a
fantasist who has chosen to weave elaborate tales around the fact that
she briefly worked at the same company at the same time as Oswald, a
fact that appeared only to dawn on her after he achieved notoriety.
There is nothing of value in her account.

Speaking of doing some actual research, I learned that contray to
Judyth's statements, which you have lobbed up in typical parrot style
in the past yourself, that the U LA library has only 3 floors and that
during the construction period, there was always at least one elevator
available.
I've yet to see you comment on that.
Why didn't you do a little simple research on this years ago?

I apologize if anyone actually thought I was claiming that this was a
quotation. It was a guess as to what Pamela might say based on her
frequent past attempts to suggest that those who points out the many
demonstrable falsehoods in JVB's stories are somehow denying JVB's right
to be heard.
By the way, Martin, you were a researcher who's work many on both sides
respected for many years. I still admire your dedication to righting what
you see as an injustice for so long. That you have been mired in the
Judyth stuff for several years is very sad.

So now Martin the stellar researcher thinks it's some sort of
distasteful "fervor" to fact check the story of one who comes forth
and claims to be a "witness."
What's sad is the fervor some have to prop up a witness despite their
failing as a legitimate witness at every turn. This is personal to
you, Martin ... not a good combo. It is not the least bit personal for
me or others who have been fact checking her story. It's an interest
in the truth and accuracy of our history. Too bad you lost that.
