She's not receiving royalties YET, Barb--royalties begin after the book's expenses are paid, as with any book, and royalty statements don't even begin until after the first quarter of sales, sometime in the Fall. The constant refrain of "is she lying" sounds like one of Leyden's rants, Barb. It doesn't suit you. She is confused about some things. Are you taking my daily temperature, Barb? Skip it.

You keep yelling "context, in context" at people, Martin. We're not stupid. Of course royalties come down the pike. In context, she made it pretty clear what she was saying. This make excuses for her, make it sound like everyone else is stupid thing you've got going on isn't helping her cause ... or yours.

I ask if she's lying so often because she made so many claims ... direct statements, that **in context** are in direct conflict with what you've been serving up.
So, while you don't say she is or is not lying ... you lay it off to her being "confused" about some things.

NOTE: Lee Oswald was an innocent man. I have spoken out that this is true, to my detriment. Had i said otherwise, by now I'd be rich and famous for following the OFFICIAL version.
But Lee did NOT shoot Kennedy, and for my insisting that this is the case, I've suffered.
Even though a History Channel documentary came out about Lee and me, a Nigel Turner production called THE LOVE AFFAIR, it was quashed. Further, Sixty Minutes' founder, Don Hewitt, told CNN that "the door was slammed in our faces" when 60M tried three separate times to get my story before the American people. That was when Dan Rather was still at CBS. I've noticed a lot of new courage at CBS since Dan Rather left. Rather told the American people a great lie, and was rewarded for it, concerning Kennedy's assassination. He reported that he saw the famous Zapruder film (when that film was being kept from the people), and that he observed Kennedy's head thrust foreward by a shot from the rear. in actuality, as everybody knows today, Kennedy's head was thrown violently backward, as can be seen in the Zapruder film shown in Oliver Stone's movie, JFK. Now an Unauthorized Version of my book has been published --without my permissio --which has typos, missing photos,and other flaws. But it is a big book, and Harrison Edward Livingstone and Martin Shackelford published it despite my objections, believing it needed to get out to the people now, not later. I am unhappy about the book's having been published behind my back, but I do not sue people unless it is a last resort. Eventually the authorized version will be available--hopefully before my death.

Now I'd like to say something that is a bit amazing.
Even though there's a book out there, a documentary was made, and a website goes into a lot of detail about Lee and me, and my detractors have put up hundreds of pages claiming i have ' sanitzed' my account or changed my story or...(fill in the blank with everything from ' she's making it all up' to ' who cares if they were lovers? he probably lied to her!')... even so, if you just type in LEE HARVEY OSWALD on the search engine line, my name no longer comes up, so far as i can tell, anywhere connected with Lee.
So the average student or interested person who searches under LEE HARVEY OSWALD never sees my name linked with his anymore. Only those who remember how to spell 'Judyth' now know i still exist.
On this Blog, I hope to place information that has been removed or buried since last year. At present, sadly, there are many false statements and websites about Lee and me on the internet. All you have to do is punch in "Judyth" and " Lee" -- and up they come.
Many things i've written have been quoted out of context and even changed: those who did it typically refuse to change it back, and then complain that I have ' changed' my story or have 'sanitized' my account when I attempt to get the misinformation corrected.
I am very weary of emails, and rarely answer them, because I've had to deal with hackers, reporters who represent tabloids, or with people who end up saying they 'know me' and then turn out to have an agenda. Such will quote just a small section of an email out of context, and if I attempt a correction, I may find myself accused of "changing the sttory." Out of necessity, therefore, only a few people can reach me personally, [not counting family members]. For this i do apologize.
I will never give up trying to exonerate Lee Oswald. PLEASE find a copy of THE LOVE AFFAIR on eBay, or write for one of Dankbaar's CD's, or buy (best of all) the unauthorized book that, nevertheless, contains a lot of evidence and information I did provide Dr. Livingstone and Mr. Shackelford, along with all the text that you'll see there (NB some things were removed or mis-labeled, and 30 pages are missing form the end...and you need a magnifying glass to read the End Notes).
THE TRUTH CAN ONLY BE TOLD ONE WAY. THOSE WHO DO NOT RESPECT THE TRUTH CAN TELL AN INFINITE VARIETY OF LIES. AS FAR AS MEMORY CAN RECONSTRUCT, I HAVE DONE MY VERY BEST TO BRING FORTH THE TRUTH. LEE HARVEY OSWALD AND JUDYTH VARY BAKER

I was creating this BLOG for a few people to look at, and then would take it public. I needed permission to publish their email addresses. But then my Internet connection was lost due to a problem with the server, and I could not return to this site until we changed the settings.
By then, people were quoting this site on newsgroups. I now know that a 'google alert' tells people whenever anything new about somebody they 'plug in' reaches the Internet.
Guess I'm plugged in, because I've been barraged with emails and hang-up calls, etc., from people I do not like at all who have been quoting this site. As usual, out of context, even claiming I'm trying to make money because I mention that my stolen book is being published by others.
They say i want the book to sell because i am receiving royalties from the book. i am not. But the book, though published prematurely, does tell the truth about Lee H. Oswald.

Brian Duffy of US News & World Report may not remember (but I do) his statement to me that my story would reach America instantly if I would say "I know Lee did it," because that would be hot news.
But Lee did NOT shoot Kennedy.
In consequence, I've suffered an assassination myself-- the maligning of my good character. People even pretend to be me, writing fake emails, or hijacking and then changing an email I've written,and then I have to prove somehow that I didn't write it.
Fortunately, I keep copies of everything I write and send. I receive about 12,000 personal emails a year from real people and answer sincere people with respect. I'm glad they care.
A History Channel documentary was televised multiple times about Lee and me ---a Nigel Turner production called THE LOVE AFFAIR. But it quashed along with two other related segments, and Turner was viciously attacked as " the man who shamed the History Channel." Now this Unauthorized Version of my book has been published, and people should know I am not receiving royalties from it, nor have I approved this premature and incomplete publication.
I withdrew permission to have the book published when we could not agree on a contract. My lawyer rejected Livingstone's contract, and Livingstone rejected my lawyer's contract. Thought it was all over, but they published the book anyway.
The book had NEVER been seen by ANY publisher, only by a couple of literary agents.
It was a total rewrite, incorporating everything I knew, even our sex life (that was a difficult decision), because it was so personal, but in the end, Mr. Livingstone (I give him credit for that) insisted it was necessary to show the depth of our relationship and the true nature of Lee's character.
Once Livingstone and Shackelford told me they wanted the book published for the sake of history. In that vein, I have decided to show the reader how to obtain the book. Knowing all this,you can obtain a copy, if you wish, from the Trafford website. I repeat, I don't get compensation from such sales, and maybe never will. Someday the Authorized Version may be available. I hope to live to see it. My main concern has always been that Lee's story should reach the people intact. it is vexing that this book has flaws, that the type is so small, and that some material is missing from the Mexico City and Dallas chapters, and that Livingstone and Shackelford published it without my permission. I was grateful for their concern that the truth be preserved, and not lost, and I am still trying to get over the shock of finding the book on sale.

Holy Heck! (as Barb Junkkarinen might say). I wonder what the "serious researchers" evaluating Baker's book would make of such a bizarre series of email exchanges.

Now an Unauthorized Version of my book has been published --without my permissio --which has typos, missing photos,and other flaws. But it is a big book, and Harrison Edward Livingstone and Martin Shackelford published it despite my objections, believing it needed to get out to the people now, not later. I am unhappy about the book's having been published behind my back, but I do not sue people unless it is a last resort. Eventually the authorized version will be available--hopefully before my death. Now this Unauthorized Version of my book has been published, and people should know I am not receiving royalties from it, nor have I approved this premature and incomplete publication.
I withdrew permission to have the book published when we could not agree on a contract. My lawyer rejected Livingstone's contract, and Livingstone rejected my lawyer's contract.
Thought it was all over, but they published the book anyway.
The book had NEVER been seen by ANY publisher, only by a couple of literary agents.
It was a total rewrite, incorporating everything I knew, even our sex life (that was a difficult decision), because it was so personal, but in the end, Mr. Livingstone (I give him credit for that) insisted it was necessary to show the depth of our relationship and the true nature of Lee's character.
Once Livingstone and Shackelford told me they wanted the book published for the sake of history. In that vein, I have decided to show the reader how to obtain the book. Knowing all this,you can obtain a copy, if you wish, from the Trafford website. I repeat, I don't get compensation from such sales, and maybe never will.
Someday the Authorized Version may be available. I hope to live to see it.
