The Canadian with "spectacled" Oswald was a sight to behold!
<quote on>
Canadian had green eyes, blondish hair, 'existensialist' [sic] hairdo
with a pompadour, dark glasses of the type with mirror like reflection
on outer surface.

Your typical Canadian in 1963 !

Of course we know this is fictitious. Oswald was not in Mexico on Sept
12, 1963. The CIA proved that Ugarte was lying.

We know that Ugarte was lying. Oswald was not in Mexico on Sept 12, 1963.
The description given is about as plausible as the story itself.
One would have to wonder why, if Oswald was suposedly paid $6,500, he
travelled home from Mexico on a bus and headed to the YMCA for
accommodation, ending his days living in a doss house.
The story is completely phony.

I doubt they needed to prove it was a hoax, Tony.
It was likely generated by the CIA.
