Important Updated Note ! :
In the past tomln has replied that he can unjumbo his mass of confusion
because he simply compared the 26 vol. of 'Evidence and Testimony' to the
conclusions in the WCR ! ......Good , fine and dandy except for the fact
there are numerous references in his web site that indicates that he
trusts the FBI less than he does the WC members !
Now on to the question :
Who Killed JFK and How Was He Able To Figure It Out ?
If we were to adopt Tom Rossleys conclusions derived from his Web
Site ,
We would have to conclude the following happened :
a) JFK was killed by many different people , for many different
reasons and in many different ways
ALL AT THE SANE TIME !
ie. : The assassination happened in more then one way different
way .
b) The shooter in the Walker incident got away .
c) The Killer of JD Tippit got away .
d) The Killer of JFK got away .
e) The Killer of JD Tippit used 3 different guns
f) JBC shot JFK from the floor boards of the limo while JFK was '
Trying To Cough Up A Bullet '
g) Shots came from the overpass went through the windshield and
struck both JFK and JBC .
h) Both JFK and JBC were also shot from the front , from the grassy knoll
and don't worry about JFK's back wound , that bullet fell out after
penetrating only a shallow distance and was later found on the wrong
stretcher , probably a Jack Ruby plant , for the real bullet that caused
the injury was never found . Silly me , I would of thought if 218
assassins were blasting away at JFK that conspiracy would be trying to
collect bullets and get rid of them , if they were trying to frame one
lone nut .
i ) Although there is only evidence of one rifle being used , LHO didn't
buy that rifle , that didn't fire those shots , that didn't kill Kennedy .
j ) All wounds on both JBC and JFK indicate that the shots came from the
front .
k ) Shots were fired in FRONT of JFK to frame a patsy who was shooting
from BEHIND JFK , in front of 500 witnesses , most who had camera's that
were whirling away with frightful rapidity . Although the egress for the
grassy knoll shooter was a sea of cars and Lee Bowers never said directly
he saw fleeing assassins , Rossley has rousted several from the boxcars
for us and paraded the mystery tramps before our eye's Ala Bob Dylan
superstar .
l ) We can all rest assured , able to sleep peacefully at night , wake
refreshed and without a worry in the world , if we assume the Z- film ,
like most film that day , has been altered and is fake .
m ) To top it all off and give all of this much more cosmic relevance ,
this scenario was given to us by the Warren Commission , in which some
members hated each other , but decided to bury their political hatchets in
order to conspire in the death of the president ; who were also felons who
obstructed justice , suborned witnesses and altered , mangled , spindled
and mutilated evidence and testimony to come to the conclusion that no
conspiracy happened at all , yet left tons of evidence in the supporting
documents of a conspiratorial nature that Rossley has pieced back together
, with spit and ceiling wax , weegee board like .

n ) If your feeling a little lost at this point , or perhps are getting
that Oliver Stone "Deeper inner meaning" feeling (Box Office Bonanza) not
to worry , Tom Rossley has assured us that he is correct in his
assumptions , although he can't tell us how he knows when felons (WC
members) are telling him the truth and when there lying to him , he has a
tried and true method ( I assume ) of figuring out this mess that he wants
to keep a secret . Rossley will of been on a dead run from answering any
of these questions for three whole years now . This post being written on
the anniversary of a message long forgotton by him .
Well there you have it to the nth degree . If we can get that secret pried
out of him we will be able to set aside the scientific method , abandon
classical thinking skills , shelve skeptical and critical thinking skills
, all being un-necessary as they are un-wanted and un-needed , to answer
the question :
' Who Killed JFK '
and

Conclusion :
If you seek a better definition of winners and losers it's not worth the
effort and wasted time to talk to a person who uses the Death of a
President for his own personal glorification and entertainment . The value
of which would escape most people who would want to see nothing better
than a closure to this matter instead of more conspiracy guff that serves
no useful purpose what so ever , except to add to the greatest mass
failure in thinking ever recorded by humans on any one given subject

he's been ducking the last 3 years ?

Yeah, well one question I have is why he won't give any details whatsoever
of his interviews with Marina Oswald & Jim Garrison if indeed they ever
took place. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I've just
about run out of patience on this thing. I'd settle for just some basic
details like when, where and what. But Tomnln stonewalls and it doesn't
require a great deal of immagination to figure out why.

That's a good point! In the Anton Batey debate, tomnln appeared to big
note his involvement with Marina, implying that he had popped around with
ACTUAL physical copies of the 26 volume WC set for both Marina AND her two
daughters, three sets in all. Seems it was more likely some kind of CD
copy, perhaps burned at home by tomnln between *informative* posts to this
board. :-)
BTW, tomnln appears to have run from *official records*, from
*evidence/testimony* in the following thread:
No reply by tomnln since late May. It appears that he now openly FEARS
evidence/testimony!

Hey tomnln, why did you make it appear in that radio debate that you
had bestowed three full sets of the WC volumes on the Oswald Porters?
You made it sound like you needed to pop around there personally with
a loaded U Haul truck, LOL!
Was the truth a bit closer to a phone call or two and a coupla CD
burns popped in the post, maybe?
Lots of your claims in that debate didn't bear too much scrutiny,
