This presentation analyzes the attack from beginning to end. And while it
may be true that everyone and his brother has a theory about what happened
that day, this presentation is a bit different. The conclusions and
explanations are supported by evidence - a mountain of evidence, including
numerous witness statements, many of which are corroborated in the films
and photos.

Decide for yourself. But decide, based on the verifiable evidence.

Robert:

I am beginning to believe LBJ was supposed to have been shot down along
with JFK. LBJ was directly below the TSBD 'sniper's nest' window when the
attack on JFK began. I suspect JFK's guards foiled an attempt for the
shooter to get him because the attack began sooner than it was supposed to
with the forward team shooting at JFK too early.

A military coup leaving the Vice President alive able to continue the
President's policies does not make sense to me unless it can be proven
that LBJ worked out something with the pentagon/intelligence/investigation
agencies before the attack that he would do certain things for them once
JFK was killed. I haven't seen any hard evidence of any of that. I am also
beginning to view the WC as a vehicle that LBJ intended to use against
Nixon.

Had Allen Dulles disclosed Operation Mongoose and Nixon's participation in
the anti-Castro kill team assembled by Howard Hughes, Johnny Roselli, Sam
Giancana. Santos Trafficante Jr. Miami CIA station chief, various mafia
'mechanics' and others to the WC, Hoover or directly to LBJ that info
could have been used to twart what eventually became Richard Nixon in the
White House IMO. Dulles kept his mouth shut.

Analists over the decades use the fact that LBJ wasn't attacked as proof
he was "in on it" but I'm beginning to think that may not be the case.
Review the conversations he had on phone with Hoover where he's asking his
good friend is he sure no one was shooting at him (LBJ).

I am starting to lean towards this was a botched assassination of both JFK
& LBJ combined.

I may put something up on youtube to explain this a bit better and not to
compete with anything you have posted there. Like another researcher, I
believe JFK was attacked by forwards shooters in or near the north & south
pergola "pillboxes" as well as high windows or roof of Da-Tex & TSBD. I
think LBJ was supposed to have been eliminated by the TSBD shooter and
LBJ's guards reacted too fast or something went wrong with the rifle at
that firing platform.

Was LBJ supposed to have been killed along with JFK might make a good
topic thread alone for someone who wants to start it.

PS I am in no way a LBJ, Hoover, FBI, CIA or Camelot groupie. I've been
following this case for 50 years and I have my own spin on what may have
happened. I believe the desired effect of the assassination was to justify
a military assault on Cuba, something LBJ did not initiate after he was
sworn in.

Hans, there are countless theories about who was behind the
assassination but IMO, it all boils down to facts and evidence. And I
have seen no evidence of a military coup.

Carlos Marcello admitted (unwittingly) to an FBI informant that he
ordered the assassination. He said the same thing to mafia attorney,
Frank Ragano.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exXDcu-yRiw

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfWGWcR_J0k

Marcello said his accomplice was David Ferrie who introduced him to
Oswald. Within just a few days after it came out in the papers that
Ferrie would be a person of interest in the Garrison investigation, he
was found dead in his apartment, along with two unsigned, typed suicide
notes. He had just phoned Garrison's office, telling them that he was a
"dead man" after the newspaper article came out.

The coroner said his death was the result of natural causes, but New
Orleans was Marcello's town and he had numerous public officials in his
pocket. In his line of work, the coroner would have been at the top of
his list.

Within just a few weeks after telling the Washington Post that the mob
ordered Ruby to kill Oswald, Johnny Roselli's dismembered body was found
floating in an oil drum off the coast of Miami.

Sam Giancana was murdered 5 days before he was supposed to appear before
the Frank Church's committee which had been investigating the mob's role
in the assassination.

Charles Nicoletti died just before he was to testify before the HSCA, on
the same day that George De Mohrenschildt supposedly committed suicide
by shooting himself.

I realize that everybody wants to blame the government and the CIA for
the murder and it is not impossible that rogue members of the CIA played
some role, but I have yet to see solid evidence of that. I see a small
mountain of evidence supporting the mob theory.

FWIW, Charles Blakey, the head of the HSCA, also believed that Marcello
was behind the crime and wrote a book on the subject, even before the
man confessed.

Last point - I have stated repeatedly, over the years that shots were
fired from the third floor of the Daltex building. If you saw the video
at the top of the thread, you must know about the damaged window on the
third floor, facing directly down Elm St.

That third floor is where the only professional criminal in DP was
discovered that day. That was Jim Braden, who had connections to
Ferrie/Marcello and who just happened to be in the same hotel with Jack
Ruby, the night before the assassination.

There's nothing wrong with speculating, but any theory which does not
have that kind of evidence IMO, belongs in the "maybe" file, along with
a couple dozen others.

Robert,

I try to follow your logic but is there any physical evidence of Braden's
shots fired from the dal-tex building. Who would recruit Oswald and his
military surplus rifle?

If by "physical evidence", you are talking about bullet shells and
firearms, there was no search of the Daltex building. For all we know,
there could have been enough hardware in there to equip an army.

But the presence of the only professional criminal to be found in DP
that day, with connections to the man who confessed to ordering the
crime and who was with Jack Ruby the night before the attack, is IMO
rather significant:-)

And so is the window with the irregularly shaped damaged area. JFK's
first reactions occurred just as the limo became visible to anyone in
that window.

Carlos Marcello and David Ferrie, as Marcello himself stated.

Oswald was not recruited for his shooting skills. He was undoubtedly,
brought in to give the appearance that the assassination was connected
to Castro.

Who's to say Oswald wouldn't have talked in the some 12 hrs of
interrogation before his death at the hands of ruby?

Because he came out of those interrogations acting mum and playing

Maybe he did. Maybe we'll never know about it.

Oswald didn't have a cellmate.

Mr. Harris, to what extent have you explored the question of Oswald being
the Doorway Man in the Altgens photo? Please visit our website at

http://www.oswald-innocent.com

and we, the Oswald Innocence Campaign, also have an active Facebook page.
There is no longer any doubt that that figure was Oswald, and there is
nothing to substantiate him being Lovelady. And I do mean nothing. Take a
look at this because there are big things happening that I'd like to
discuss with you privately, but first I have to know if you are on-board.
