"The Garrison Tapes Part 3':"

It starts off with Jim Garrison saying:

"At the eleventh hour the route was changed
by the administration of Mayor Earl Cabal."

However, as I understand it, the original quote was:

"On Thursday evening at the eleventh hour
the route was changed by the administration
of Mayor Earl Cabal."

Question:

Why was the "On Thursday evening" edited out
of the Garrison quote?

Virtually every word out of Garrison's mouth on this "documentary"
is incorrect, starting with "the parade route was changed."
I just thought of a new word. Misinfotainment! "Loose Change,"
among many others, would qualify for this category.
Or how about calling it a..... Schlockumentary!
