McAdams and his ilk would like to say they don't believe in conspiracy,
but their posts tell another story.
He and Max Holland have argued that the CT community was a commie
conspiracy funded by the KGB.
For those who want the facts, John Kelin's new book is highly recommended,
Praise from a Future Generation.

Just so "McAdams and his ilk" know what they're getting into, the
Publisher's Weekly blurb on Amazon.com says Kelin praises the first gen.
JFK researchers like Lane, Weisberg, Penn Jones & Garrison (who I think
wins a conviction in the retelling). It's been out five mos. and four
readers were excited enought to write reviews (even Judyth Baker's book
got more). Right now it's no. 220,289 on the Amazon best seller list.

Ah, yes--quality is determined by the number of purchasers or the number of
reviewers, you believe. The same argument you implied regarding Judyth's
book.
Many fine books have had limited initial sales and reviews, or been ignored
for
periods of time. That's apparently another part of history you don't
understand.

See, Tony, this is why McAdams has killfiled you. Your posts
generally have nothing to do with the matter under discussion. In
this case, we're talking about the book, "Praise From a Future
Generation" and you ask about the sales of Bugliosi's "Reclaiming
History." Do you actually read incoming posts or do you just fire off
a comment on whatever is on your mind? But, since you ask,
Bugliosi's Amazon sales rank is 14,999 and the book has drawn 143
reader comments And I believe there is an abridged version coming
out. I might even read that one.

I am drawing a comparison since you seemed to be disparaging his book
based on its Amazon rating. Why would you even bring it up unless you
sought to use it as ammunition to disparage it? I don't think you could
disparage a book because it was rated #1 in Amazon sales. So, according to
your measure, Bugliosi's book is pretty worthless.

When someone recommends a book (Shackelford in this case), I usually check
it out on Amazon.com to see what others are saying about it. A rather
logical step which, I guess, is why you never thought of it, Tony.

So, you admit that you are trying to disparage it based on its ratings.
Which is why I apply your standard to point out that Bugliosi's ratings
show his book is junk.
