Have the letters that implicated the Cuban gov. ever been released by

It is understandable that at the time this memo was written by Hoover -
just days after the assassination- there was a fear to incriminate
Cuba or the Soviets, and hence it made sense to keep the letters from
Cuban officers to LHO undisclosed.

This is 2009, however. What's the excuse for those letters still being
under wraps?

Some thoughts. They won't have this for in their opinion it does not
exist. They don't have to prove it existed. You have to prove it existed.
Also, the ARRB set release date of the records for 2017. Just about 7 1/2
years to go. IMO, it will be tied up in court maybe forever.

Which letters? If you mean the Pedro Charles letters I posted them a few
years ago.
How's your Spanish? Want to try a better translation of the Cuban
Spanish that the government did?
