The power of the spoken word to evoke images and emotions once again will be showcased as the Bay Area Storytelling Festival presents its 26th weekend of outstanding storytelling.
Featured tellers Patrick Ball, Beth Horner, and Gene Tagaban will be joined by Jill Johnson and Michael Katz for a weekend of performances and workshops.
Family friendly: seniors, adults, teens, children age 9 and up; all
who love stories come for both days or for single events
(Sunday there will be one concert at 1:30 PM for the little folks,
ages 4-9)
$7-14 for single concerts (or $2 for the little folks concert)
$60-80 for two day passes
Tickets will be available at the Door
The Festival also features an open mic and this year, for the first time, a competitive Story Slam (top contender will bring home a cash prize of $150)!
