I do not know why the bit rate went down, because I used the same
parameters. This version was done in one take, and it includes comments from
my cat. As far as "crazy cross-posting" (from CoalitionForCanada) is
concerned, I could theoretically include about fifty groups about sex, and
no reason _is_ why I should restrict myself to Canadian politics. Five is
the usual limit, though, and it nearly enforces relevance.
