Anthony Dowell (Artistic Director of the Royal Ballet) created the role
of  Oberon in Frederick Ashton's version of "The Dream" (based on
Shakespeare's A Midsummers Night Dream). In the scene where Oberon
dismisses the faeries (female corp de ballet) by waving them offstage, he
tells me that he regularly said to them (in a stage whisper) "O.K. girls,
piss off!"

Hi Sir Carlson,

Sorry but I don't wanted a phone number in Toronto
but I only wanted to know if I can follow the global -
conference ** at the same time on Internet, so that
I can make a recording of it on my computer. ( I ha-
ve school at the same time).

Someone has answered my question already.

But thank You very much anyway :-) !

Good-bye, Floriaan Philips von Nueman

Not Just Any Body is an international conference taking
place simultaneously in Toronto, at the National Ballet
School, and the Hague, Netherlands at Theater Instituut
Nederland. The conference examines whether a dancer's
commitment to achieving the highest level of excellence
in performance must be at the expense of their health
and well-being, and questions the way in which dancers
have been taught, trained, choreographed and managed
Other issues discussed include the life-long health of a
dancer, advancing health, well-being and excellence in
the art form and in the artists, and the future of dance.

The conference will bring together, via satellite, some
of the world's most prominent dancers, artistic directors,
choreographers, teachers and members of the academic
community, health care professionals with expertise in
dance, and dance writers.

Not Just Any Body is presented by the National Ballet
School, Holland dance Festival (HDF), Theater Instituut
Nederland, and the Dutch Health Care Foundation for
Dancers (SGD).
