Please help ID artist-pastel watercolor signed Rise

Hi,
I have a beautiful print of a pastel watercolor of two women with old
fashioned hats and dresses. The hats and dresses are somewhat nondistinct
and the picture has a touch of Gold on it. There is a signature on the
bottom left that says Rise with accent mark on e. I would like to
get somemore of their paintings if I can. Thanks in advance for any
replies.
