Photographs cannot do justice to this Nicaraguan artist's work. Artist
Quintana lives in the city of Leon, Nicaragua. As many Nicaraguans, he
is poor, living in a dirt floor shack. As impressive as the paintings
are, you will be even more impressed to learn that his watercolor
palette is the small 8-color set that are used by children in the U.S.
All his paintings are of scenes in and around Leon. Start your
collection of Quintana watercolors now, before the rest of the world
discovers his talent. Each painting varies slightly in size, but
average around 8" x 10". It comes unframed, but matted to 12" x 16".
