Help- Name this famous painting

[Cepper]

I need help coming up with the name of a famous painting. I saw it on
TV a while ago, but I can't remember the name of the painting or
artist.

It is an outdoor street scene with a woman playing "three card monte"
or the "shell game" and while she's watching the cards, a kid is
pickpocketing her from behind.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about. Any guesses would be
appreciated. I know it must at least be relatively famous and fairly
old, so I'm hoping someone here knows what it is.
